Լատվիացի Դենիս Չալովսկիսը, ով մեղադրվում Էր համակարգչային վիրուսի ստեղծման մեջ, որը ամենաավերիչնեից մեկն են համարում պատմության մեջ, ընդունել Է իր մեղքը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով BBC-ին:

«Ես գիտեի, որ այն, ինչ անում եմ, հակաօրինական Է»,- հայտարարել Է մեղադրյալը:

Չալովսկիսի դեմ գործ Է հարուցվել Gozi «տրոյանի» գործով: Մեղադրյալների թվում են նաեւ 25-ամյա ռուսաստանցի Նիկիտա Կուզմինը եւ 28-ամյա ռումինացի Միխայ Յոնուտ Պաունեսկուն: Չալովսկիսին մեղսագրվում Է համակարգչային կոդի մի մասի գրումը, որն այնքան արդյունավետ Է դարձրել վիրուսը, որ այն առնվազն 40 հազար համակարգիչ 9 վարակել միայն ԱՄՆ-ում, այդ թվում՝ NASA-ի 160 համակարգիչ:
