Գյումրու զարգացումը ՏԿԱԻ փոխնախարարը բազմակողմանի ծրագրերի մեջ է տեսնում

Գյումրու զարգացումը ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարի տեղակալ Արտաշես Բախշյանը բազմակողմանի ծրագրերի մեջ է տեսնում, թեև քաղաք այցելած հյուրերի համար Գյումրին արդեն փոքր-ինչ կերպարանափոխված է: «Ամեն անգամ Գյումրի գալուց հույս կա նոր բան տեսնելու»,- լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ նշեց «Գյումրու օր» տոնակատարությանը մասնակցելու նպատակով քաղաք այցելած  ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարի տեղակալ Արտաշես Բախշյանը:  

«Գյումրին երազանք է, որքան հիշում եմ՝ երազանք  է եղել: Ես ծնունդով Երևանից եմ, բայց ուսանողական տարիներին շատ գյումրեցի ընկերներ եմ ունեցել: Ի պաշտոնե 8 տարի առաջ եմ եղել Գյումրիում և տեսել նախկին «Շինարարների պալատ»-ը» որտեղ առաջին անգամ Արմեն Տիգրանյանի «Անուշ»-ն էր բեմադրվել, մինչ օրս էլ փափագ կա, որ այդ կառույցը կվերականգվի: Այսօր ուրախ եմ, որ և ½ մեկ փողոց է վերականգնվել, մի շարք երազանքներ կան այս քաղաքի հետ կապված: Գուցե այսօր քաղաքում խնդիրներն ավելի շատ են, քան ուրախանալու առիթները:

Ես կարծում եմ` քաղաքի համար ամենամեծ խնդիրը փողոցների խնդիրն է. այս հարցում Գյումրին կաղում է, բայց ասել, որ հիմնական ուշադրությունը պետք է դարձնել միայն փողոցներին՝ սխալ է: Սրանից տարիներ առաջ որոշեցինք՝ զբաղվել միայն Գյումրիի անօթևանության խնդրով՝ կառուցեցինք մի նոր թաղամաս, բայց սրանով ևս խնդիրները չլուծվեցին: Ընտրել մի ուղղություն և գնալ միայն այդ ճանապարհով՝ ճիշտ չէ, պետք է լինի բազմակողմանի ծրագիր»,- նշեց փոխնախարարը՝ հուսալով, որ Գյումրին կրկին կուրախացնի ու կուրախանա:
