Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամը (ՀԵՀ) ՀՀ կառավարության և կրթության և գիտության նախարարության աջակցությամբ կփոխհատուցի ՀՀ սահմանամերձ որոշ համայնքների (Արարատի մարզ՝ Երասխ, Գեղարքունիքի մարզ՝ Վահան, Ճամբարակ, Վայոց ձորի մարզ՝ Խաչիկ, Խնձորուտ, Սերս, Նոր Ազնաբերդ, Բարձրունի, Տավուշի մարզ՝ Ներիքն Կարմիրաղբյուր, Ոսկևան, Չորաթան, Կ ողբ, Վազաշեն, Բերքաբեր, Ոսկեպար, Չինարի, Արծվաբերդ, Ծաղկավան, Մոսեսգեղ, Դովեղ, Պառավաքար, Բերդավան, Բարեկամավան, Կոթի, Բաղանիս, Սարիգյուղ, Այգեձոր, Կիրանց, Այգեպար, Սևքար, Այգեհովիտ, Վերին Կարմիրաղբյուր) պետական, ոչ պետական, միջպետական բուհերի առկա ուսուցման համակարգի բակալավրիատի 1-ին կուրսերում սովորող ուսանողների 2015-2016 ուսումնական տարվա 1-ին կիսամյակի ուսման վարձը։

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի հասարակայնության հետ կապերի ծառայությունից, ՀԵՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի համակարգող Կարեն Ավագյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ հիմք են ընդունվել սահմանամերձ այն համայնքները, որոնք ՀՀ կառավարության որոշմամբ ստանում են սոցիալական աջակցություն։ Կարեն Ավագյանը նշել է, որ ՀԵՀ-ն արդեն 2-րդ անգամ է իրականացնում սահմանամերձ համայնքների ուսանողների աջակցման ծրագիր։

2014-2015 ուսումնական տարվա երկրորդ կիսամյակում փոխհատուցվել է սահմանամերձ մի շարք համայնքների մոտ 140 ուսանողների ուսման վարձն ամբողջությամբ։ «Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամն առաջին անգամ է կրթաթոշակների փոխհատուցման իր ծրագրերում ընդգրկում նաև ոչ պետական և միջպետական բուհերի ուսանողներին։ Թեև ժամանակ առ ժամանակ չարակամների կողմից ստանում ենք պիտակավորումներ, սակայն դրանք չեն խանգարում մեզ նոր ծրագրերով հանդես գալ»,- նշել է Կարեն Ավագյանը:

Նշված համայնքների 1-ին կուրսերի ուսանողները ՀԵՀ-ին պետք է դիմեն անձամբ: Դիմում-հայտերի ընդունման վերջնաժամկետը 2015թ. հոկտեմբերի 2-ն է։ Դիմումներն ու անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերը (ուսանողի անձնագրի պատճենը, որտեղ առկա է նաև գրանցման վայրի մասին նշում, 3։4 չափի 1 լուսանկար, տեղեկանք բնակավայրից, տեղեկանք բուհից, ստուգման գրքույկի պատճենը) ընդունվում են Հայաստանի երիտասարդական հիմնադրամի գրասենյակում ամեն օր, բացի շաբաթ և կիրակի օրերից, ժամը 10.00-17.00-ն:
