ՀՀ էներգետիկ համակարգի երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարության հիմքում դրված է էներգետիկ անվտանգության ապահովման խնդիրը

«ՀՀ էներգետիկ համակարգի երկարաժամկետ զարգացման ուղիները» ծրագրի մշակման հիմքում դրված է երկրում էներգետիկ անվտանգության ողջամիտ մակարդակի ապահովումը, էներգակիրների հուսալի մատակարարումը ներքին շուկայի սպառողներին` հնարավորինս ցածր գներով: Այս մասին սեպտեմբերի 9-ին կայացած հանրային քննարկման ժամանակ նշեց ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարի տեղակալ Արեգ Գալստյանը՝ հանրային հատվածÕ « ներկայացուցիչներին ներկայացնելով ծրագիրը:

«Շատ կարևոր է նաև էներգաարդյունավետության և վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի տնտեսապես հիմնավորված ներուժի իրացում: Սա կարևոր է այն առումով, որ մենք պետք է օգտագործենք այդ ներուժը, եթե այն տնտեսապես հինավորված է, քանի որ հակառակ դեպքում դա դառնում է անիմաստ: Չափազանց կարևոր է նաև տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության ընդլայնումը, քանի որ առանց տարածաշրջանին ինտեգրվելու մենք չենք կարող ապահովել մեր էներգետիկ անվտանգության ողջամիտ մակարդակը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Գալստյանը:

Փոխնախարարը հստակեցրեց, որ բոլոր հաշվարկները կատարելիս ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարությունը հաշվի է առել շուկայում առկա արտադրման և սպառման տեխնոլոգիաները, ինչպես նաև ենթակառուցվածքային և տեխնոլոգիական սահմանափակումները:

Արեգ Գալստյանն ընդգծեց, որ ՀՀ էներգետիկ անվտանգության երկարաժամկետ (մինչև 2036թ.) ռազմավարության ծրագիրը շրջանառության մեջ է դրվել արդեն շուրջ 1.5 տարի և այս պահին գտնվում է քննարկման փուլում տարբեր մակարդակներում: Նա ընդգծեց, որ 1.5 տարվա ընթացքում այն ենթարկվել է մշակումների, փոփոխությունների՝ հաշվի առնելով տարբեր քննարկումների  ընթացքում արված առաջարկները: «Հիմա ժամանակն է, որպեսզի այն դառնա պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ, ուստի մենք կազմակերպել ենք այս քննարկումը հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ: Նախնական քննարկումները, որ մենք անցկացրել ենք Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի ներկայությամբ, մեծ հետաքրքրություն է առաջացրել: Քննարկումների ընթացքում հնչել են բազմաթիվ առաջարկներ, իսկ մենք հաշվի ենք առել բոլոր օբյեկտիվ առաջարկները և արդեն նորացված փաստաթղթում այդ առաջարկները ներառված են»,- ընդգծեց փոխնախարարը:

ՀՀ ներգետիկայի նախարարության կազմակերպած քննարկմանը մասնակցում էին շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի, մարզպետարանների և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ:
