ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրները հակված են ավելի խորացնել ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացները երկրի ներսում եւ մասնավորապես նաեւ ֆինանսական շուկայում: Միության ներսում ֆինանսական կարգավորման հարցերի վերաբերյալ միասնական դիրքորոշում որդեգրելու անհրաժեշտության մասին հաճախ է խոսվել: Ընդ որում, ավելի շատ խոսվել է տեսական մակարդակում գտնվող միասնական արժույթին անցնելու մասին, ինչն  առնվազն մոտ ապագայում անհավանական է:

Սակայն ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրներում տնտեսությունների դոլարիզացիան եւ ամերիկյան արժույթից կախվածությունը նվազեցնելու անհրաժեշտությունն արդեն իսկ օրախնդիր է: Ի դեպ, Հայաստանում դոլարիզացիայի բարձր մակարդակի հետ կապված մտահոգությունները մեկ անգամ չէ, որ արտահայտել են նաեւ միջազգային ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունները` Համաշխարհային բանկը եւ Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամը:

Սեպտեմբերի 8-ին Բելառուսի Հանրապետության Գրոդնո քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած ԵԱՏՄ միջկառավարական խորհրդի նիստին, որին մասնակցել է Հայաստանի կառավարության պատվիրակությունը` վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ, անդրադարձ է եղել նաեւ ֆինանսական շուկայի կարգավորմանը: Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը ընդգծել է, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ն պետք է քայլեր ձեռնարկի դոլարիզացիայի կրճատման եւ փոխադարձ հաշվարկներն ազգային արժույթներով իրականացման արագացման ուղղությամբ:

Հայաստանի վարչապետի կարեւորել է նաեւ ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների միջեի ռազմավարական նշանակության ապրանքների փոխադարձ առեւտուրը ռուբլու հիմքի վրա իրականացնելու գաղափարը:

Միաժամանակ, հայկական կողմը պատրատակամություն է հայտնել աջակցելու Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովին ԵՄ-ի հետ երկխոսության ձևավորմանը: Ըստ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի, նկատի ունենալով ԵՄ-ի հետ առեւտրատնտեսական համագործակցության բանակցությունների Հայաստանի փորձը, մեր երկիրը ոչ միայն պատրաստ է աջակցելու նման երկխոսության ձեւավորմանը, այլեւ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում պատրաստ է առանձին բանակցային հարցերի վերաբերյալ պարտավորություններ ստանձնել: Նման համագործակցությունը պետք է հիմնված լինի փոխադարձ շահերի եւ ինտեգրացիոն գործընթացների փոխշահավետ զարգացման վրա, ուղղված ապրանքների, կապիտալի, աշխատուժի եւ ծառայությունների ազատ տեղաշարժի ապահովմանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ԵԱՏՄ-ի եւ ԵՄ-ի միջեւ երկխոսության եւ փոխշահավետ համագործակցության կամուրջ դառնալու գաղափարը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից բազմիցս առաջ է քաշվել, թե Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության, թե Եվրոպական Միության տարաբնույթ միջոցառումների ժամանակ: Թերեւս միայն աշխարհաքաղաքական լարվածության առկայությունն է, որ խանգարում է այս գաղափարի ակտիվ կենսագործմանը, բայց իրատեսական է, որ մասնավոր հատվածը, գործարար շրջակաները, այդուհանդերձ, կօգտվեն Հայաստանի առաջարկած հնարավորություններից:

Ինչ մնում է ֆինանսական կարգավորման եւ ազգային արժույթներով փոխադարձ հաշվարկների իրականացմանը, ապա օբյեկտիվ դժվարություննրի հաղթահարումն ու հնարավորինս շուտ նման գործակցության անցնելը կթուլացնի մասնավորապես մեր տնտեսության միակողմանի կախվածությունը դոլարից, որի առկայությունը տագնապների համար բարենպաստ հող է ստեղծում մեր ֆինանսական շուկայում:
