ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Արամ Հարությունյանը և Արարատի մարզպետ Ռուբիկ Աբրահամյանը սեպտեմբերի 8-ին ջրային տնտեսության համակարգի պատասխանատու անձանց հետ աշխատանքային այց են կատարել Արարատի մարզ՝ Մխչյանի 1-ին և 2-րդ աստիճանի պոմպակայանների աշխատանքներին տեղում ծանոթանալու և առկա խնդիրներին լուծում տալու նպատակով:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ջրային տնտեսության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից, այցելության ընթացքում տեղի է ունեցել հանդիպում «Սևան-Հրազդանյան-ջրառ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության և համապատասխան ջրօգտագործողների ընկերությունների ղեկավար անձնակազմի հետ:

Արամ Հարությունյանը տվել է հստակ հանձնարարականներ և ցուցումներ՝ անխափան ջրամատակարարում ապահովելու և արագ արձագանքման մեխանիզմներով վթարներն օպերատիվ վերացնելու ուղղություններով: Կոմիտեի նախագահը նշել է, որ բոլոր աշխատանքները նպատակաուղղված են գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների զարգացմանը ու հողերի բերքատվության բարձրացմանը, ինչը ենթադրում է նաև որակյալ և անխափան ջրամատակարարում:

Այնուհետև Ջրաշեն համայնքի այգիներում հանդիպում է տեղի ունեցել համայնքի տարածքում գտնվող գյուղացիական տնտեսությունների, ինչպես նաև Ջրաշեն, Դիտակ, Աբովյան և Զովաշեն համայնքների հողօգտագործողների ու համայնքների ղեկավարների հետ, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են ոռոգման նպատակով ջրօգտագործման խնդիրներին վերաբերող հարցեր: Համայնքների ղեկավարները և հողօգտագործողները հայտնել են իրենց գոհունակությունն ընթացիկ տարվա ջրամատակարարումից և առկա բերքից:

Արամ Հարությունյանը, լսելով բնակչությանը հուզող խնդիրները, համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ է տվել տվյալ խնդիրները կարգավորելու ուղղությամբ:
