Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների գործընթացը, կարծես, շատերի համար դարձել է ինքնահաստատման գործիք: Սեփական կարծիքը կտրուկ գնահատականներով որպես ճշմարտություն հրամցնելու տարածված երևույթը ավելի շատ է շփոթության մեջ դնում նախագծում տեղ գտած դրույթների երբեմն բարդ ու մասնագիտական ձևակերպումներից առանց այն էլ գլուխ չհանող հասարակ քաղաքացիներիս:

Ինչպե˚ս կողմնորոշվել ստեղծված խառնաշփոթում, երբ տեղեկատվական դաշտը գրոհել են արմատական «կողմ եմ» կամ «դեմ եմ» գաղափարների կրողները: Նախագծի վերաբերյալ պատկերացում կազմելու տարբերակներից մեկը դրա հեղինակներին լսելն է, ովքեր իրենց ստեղծածով հիացած մեզ հուզող հարցերին տալիս են բարեփոխող դրույթների վերաբերյալ իրենց գնահատականները: Բնական է, որ որքան էլ վերջիններս ունենան մասնագիտական հարուստ կենսագրություն կամ գիտելիքներ, նման գնահատականներին ու պարզաբանումներին անվերապահորեն մոտենալն այնքան էլ ճիշտ չէ:

Քանի որ հարցը սպեցիֆիկ է, առավելապես իրավագիտական ու քաղաքագիտական տիրույթում, հետևաբար ակամայից կարևորվում են մասնագետների կարծիքները: Այսինքն, նպատակարմար է լսել ոչ թե քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվող կամ քաղաքականացված տնտեսագետների, գործարարների, սոցիոլոգների կամ փականագործների կարծիքները, այլ ոլորտում մասնագիտացված անձանց կարծիքները, ովքեր ի վիճակի կլինեն սովորական անհատներիս բացատրել Սահմանադրությամբ ներմուծվող ոչ միայն առանձին ինստիտուտների էությունը, այլև նույն ինստիտուտի գործարկման վերաբերյալ միջազգային փորձը՝ կրած ձախողումներն ու տված արդյունքները, մեր երկրում դրա կիրառման հնարավորությունները՝ երկրի արտաքին և ներքին քաղաքականության, հասարակության գիտակցության ու արժեհամակարգի առանձնահատկությունները հաշվի առնելով:

Արմատական «դեմ եմ» կամ «կողմ եմ» քայքայիչ գաղափարախոսություններով շարժումների կազմակերպիչներն անիրազեկ մարդկանց հաշվին կայանալու իրավունք չունեն: Ի վերջո` բարեփոխումներին, կարծում եմ դեմ չենք բոլորս, եթե դրանք իրապես լինեն բարեփոխում, եթե ապահովեն երկրի առաջընթացն ու չծառայեն որոշների անձնական նպատակներին: Եթե ինքնահաստատման մոլուցքով տառապող քաղաքականացված ուժերը, շարժումներն ու անհատները հարթակը թողնեն մասնագետներին, ի սկզբանե հասարակությունում չձևավորեն իրենց ձեռնտու տրամադրությունները, ունենանք մասնագետներին լսելու հնարավորություն, ապա ի վերջո կկարողանանք հասկանալ ինչ են ուզում իշխանությունները բարեփոխումների փաթեթի տակ մատուցել մեզ, կկարողանանք գնահատել յուրաքանչյուր դրույթի ռիսկայնությունը, պայքարել դրա փոփոխման համար, իսկ հաջողության չհասնելու դեպքում՝ ի վերջո կունենանք առաջիկա հանրաքվեին գիտակցված մասնակցելու հնարավորություն:

Ի վերջո` սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին «կողմ եմ» կամ «դեմ եմ» կանխակալ տրամադրվածությամբ շարժումներում հնչեցվող գնահատականները, եթե անգամ դրանք առանձին դեպքերում լինեն մասնագիտական կամ անգամ խելամիտ, իրենց գաղափարախոսության հաշվին ամբողջովին օբյեկտիվ լինել պարզապես չեն կարող:
