Ադրբեջանի փոխվարչապետ, փախստականների եւ հարկադիր վերաբնակների հարցերով պետկոմիտեի նախագահԱլի Հասանովը Եվրախորհրդարանում ընդունված` այդ երկրում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների հետ կապված պատժամիջոցների կոչ պարունակող բանաձեւի առնչությամբ հայտարարել է, որ «Ադրբեջանի որոշ դեսպաններ զբաղված են բիզնեսո վ, իսկ մյուսներն էլ դավաճանում են»:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով ադրբեջանական ԶԼՄ-ները, Ալի Հասանավը նման բանաձեւի ընդունման համար քննադատել է երկրի ԱԳՆ-ին եւ դեսպաններին` եվրախորհրդարանականների հետ «համապատասխան աշխատանքներ չտանելու համար»:

«Ի՞նչ են նրանք անում` երկար տարիներ զբաղեցնելով դեսպանի պաշտոնը: Ոմանք իրենց բիզնես են ստեղծում, իսկ մյուսները` դավաճանումիշխանությանը», -ասել է նա` հավելելով, որ Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակությունների մեծ մասը ոչ մի աշխատանք չի կատարել եվրախորհրդարանականների հետ, եւ Եվրոպա է մեկնել որպես զբոսաշրջիկ:

Երեկ հայտնի է դարձել, որ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի եւս մեկ աշխատակից է ապաստան խնդրել Արեւմուտքում: Նիդերլանդներում ապաստան է խնդրել այդ երկրում Ադրբեջանի դեսպանատան հյուպատոսական բաժնի աշխատակից Նահիդ Մուխտար օղլու Ջաֆարովը: Ավելի վաղ արեւմտյան երկրներում ապաստան են խնդրել Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպությունում եւ Եվրամիությունում Ադրբեջանի նախկին դեսպան Արիֆ Մամեդովը, Ավստրալիայում Ադրբեջանի դիվանագիտական առաքելության երրորդ քարտուղար Անար Հուսեյնովը եւ աշխատակից Ֆարիդ Սուբհանվերդիեւը: Նրանք բոլորը ադրբեջանական ԱԳՆ-ից հեռ ացվել են Ադրբեջանում մարդու իրավունքները կոպտորեն խախտվելու հետ կապված իշխանություններին քննադատելու համար: Բոլոր դիվանագետները հայտարարել են, որ արտասահմանում ապաստանի դիմում են ներկայացրել Ադրբեջանում իրենց նկատմամբ հետապնդումներ սկսվելու պատճառով:
