ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանին մասնակցելու նպատակով Տաջիկստանի Հանրապետությունում գտնվող Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանն սեպտեմբերի 14-ին հանդիպում է ունեցել Տաջիկստանի Նախագահ Էմոմալի Ռահմոնի հետ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, երկու պետությունների ղեկավարները քննարկել են Հայաստանի և Տաջիկստանի միջև երկկողմ և բազմակողմ ձևաչափերով համագործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցեր: Զրուցակիցները, մասնավորապես, անդրադարձել են քաղաքական, տնտեսական, հումանիտար և այլ ոլորտերում, ՀԱՊԿ, ինչպես նաև միջազգային կազմակերպությունների շրջանակներում փոխգործակցությանը, երկկողմ կապերի հետագա ամրապնդման ու փոխշ ահավետ ծրագրերի իրագործման հնարավորություններին:

Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը նշել է, որ երկու ժողովորդների բարեկամությունը և Հայաստանի ու Տաջիկստանի միջև փոխըմբռնման և հարգանքի առկա մակարդակը ամուր հիմք են` համատեղ ջանքերով զարգացնելու և խորացնելու միջպետական հարաբերությունները, սերտացնելու միջխորհրդարանական կապերը, հեռանկարային նախագծերով հարստացնելու հայ-տաջիկական համագործակցության տնտեսական օրակարգը:

Էմոմալի Ռահմոնը ողջունել է Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանին և ընդգծել, որ Տաջիկստանը շահագրգռված է Հայաստանի հետ շարունակելու զարգացնել ավանդական բարեկամական հարաբերությունները, խորացնել կապերը ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ բազմակողմ ձևաչափերում: Միջպետական հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման և տարբեր ոլորտներում համագործակցության զարգացման տեսանկյունից Նախագահ Ռահմոնը կարևորել է երկու երկրների միջև իրավապայմանագրային դաշտի ընդլայնումը, որը, նրա համոզմամբ, կնպաստի նաև առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալների աճին:

Հայաստանի և Տաջիկստանի միջև հարաբերությունների զարգացման և բարձր մակարդակով ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացման տեսանկյունից երկուստեք կարևորվել են բարձրաստիճան փոխայցելությունները: Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հրավիրել է գործընկերոջը պաշտոնական այցելություն կատարել Հայաստան, որը Նախագահ Էմոմալի Ռահմոնը շնորհակալությամբ ընդունել է:

Նախագահներ Սերժ Սարգսյանը և Էմոմալի Ռահմոնը մտքեր են փոխանակել երկու երկրների համար օրակարգային հարցերի, ինչպես նաև միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային արդի խնդիրների ու մարտահրավերների շուրջ, որոնց նախագահները հանգամանորեն կանդրադառնան նաև սեպտեմբերի 15-ին կայանալիք ՀԱՊԿ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանի ընթացքում: ՀՀ Նախագահը ներկայացրել է ԼՂ հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման ուղղությամբ ՀՀ-ի և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների կողմից գործադրվող ջանքերը:
