Ազգային ժողովի ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար  Լևոն Զուրաբյանն առաջարկում է ԱԺ-ում սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագծի քննարկումը հեռուստատեսությամբ ուղիղ եթերով հեռարձակելու մասին որոշումը դնել քվեարկության: «Հաշվի առնելով, որ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները կարևոր նշանակություն ունեն մեր պետականության և ժողովրդի համար, հաշվի առնելով, որ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները կարող են ընդունվել միայն ժողովրդի մասնակցությամբ հանրաքվեով և այն հանգամանքը, որ ժողովուրդն իր առաքելությունն իրականացնելուց առաջ պետք է ծանոթ լինի սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ քաղաքական ուժերի տեսակետին՝ առաջարկում ենք Ազգային ժողովում սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագծի քննարկումը ուղիղ եթերով հեռարձակելու հարցը դնել քվեարկության»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Զուրաբյանը:

ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանն էլ ընդգծեց, որ ուղիղ եթերով հեռարձակելու համար ժամանակ և ֆինանսական միջոցներ են հարկավոր՝ հավելելով, որ նպատակահարմար չի համարում այդ հարցը դնել քվեարկության:

ՀԱԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար  Լևոն Զուրաբյանն ընդգծեց, որ նման պատասխանը նշանակում է, որ իշխանությունները ցանկանում են ժողովրդի թիկունքում դավադրություն կազմակերպել: Զուրաբյանի հայտարարությանն արձագանքեց ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը. «Հարգելի պարոն, ձեր տվյալները և փաստերը որևէ կապ չունեն իրականության հետ: Ազգային ժողովի նիստերն օնլայն ռեժիմով հեռարձակվում են Ազգային ժողովի կայքում, և կա հեռուստաընկերություն, որը ևս հեռարձակում է նիստերը: Պետք չէ իրականությունը խեղաթյուրել և ժողովրդին մոլորության մեջ գցել»:

Զուրաբյանի հայտարարությանն արձագանքեց նաև ԱԺ սոցիալական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հակոբ Հակոբյանը: «Երբ երեխան փոքր է լինում, ասում են՝ մինչև մատը չվառվի, նա չի հասկանա, թե ինչ բան է կրակը: Հիմա ես հասկացա, որ մեր ընկերներից մեկը երբեք ժողովրդի կողքին չի եղել, որ հասկանա՝ ժողովուրդն ինչ է խոսում և ինչ է ընկալում: Փաստ է, որ մի քանի լրատվամիջոցներով ուղիղ եթերով Ազգային ժողովի նիստերը հեռարձակվում են: Ասել, որ դա մամուլի ազատության սահմանափակում է, աբսուրդ է: Դուք ձեզ մի սահմանափակեք, ուրիշների մասին էլ մի մտածեք»,-նշեց Հա կոբյանը:
