Եթե շատ հարգարժան պարոն Բագրատյանը ունենար կորպորատիվ կամ անհատական խոշոր տնտեսական շահեր, ունենար ակտիվ կուսակցական գործունեության ամբիցիաներ, ապա Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ հանդիպումը հասկանալի կլիներ, միգուցե ընդունելի չլիներ, գեղեցիկ չլիներ, բայց հասկանալի կլիներ՝ ինչպես հանդիպած մյուս ուժերի դեպքում: Կմտածեինք՝ նոր համակարգ է ձևավորվում, ինքն էլ փորձում է խաղի կանոնները ճշտել ու վերարտադրվել նոր կանոններով:

Բայց վերջին տարիները, նախագահական քարոզարշավից սկսած, վերջացրած պատգամավորական գործունեությամբ ցույց տվեցին, որ պարոն Բագրատյանը փորձագիտականից բացի այլ ասելիք չունի: Եթե Սերժի հետ հանդիպումը օգնելու է այդ մասնագիտական ասելիքը ապագայում տեղավորել գործադիրի որևէ կաբինետում՝ էլի պրոբլեմ չկա, բայց վստահ չեմ ՝ Բագրատյանի բնավորությունն ու մոտեցումները ու կառավարության ոճը խիստ տարբեր են:

Եթե այդ ամենն արվում է պատգամավորական մեկ մանդատը պահելու ու ամբիոն ունենալու համար՝ կարծում եմ փորձագիտական ամբիոն ստեղծելը հնարավորությունների տեսանկյունից ավելի իրատեսական ու ավելի արդյունավետ կլիներ ՝ քաղաքական պրոցեսների վրա ռեալ ազդեցության տեսանկյունից:

Մի խոսքով, տպավորությունն առայժմ էն է, որ հանդիպման միակ նպատակը եղել է զուրաբյանական 6-20 հոգանոց բրիգադին չորս-հինգ օրվա ստատուսվելու թեմա տալը:
