 ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետ Արմեն Հայրապետյանը սեպտեմբերի 16-ին ընդունել է ԱՄՆ գյուղդեպարտամենտի կենդանիների և բույսերի առողջության տեսչության պատվիրակությանը՝ Եվրոպայի, Աֆրիկայի, Մերձավոր Արևելքի առևտրի քաղաքականության տնօրեն Ջեյ Միտչելին, կենդանական արտադրանքի արտահանման և անասնաբուժ ության ավագ մասնագետ Ուեյն Բուռլեսոնին, ՌԴ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան գյուղատնտեսական կցորդ Ռեյչլ Վանդերբերգին և Ավստրիայում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան գյուղատնտեսական մասնագետ Հալա Թուբիա Ռահմեին: Հանդիպմանը ներկա է եղել նաև ԱՄՆ միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության խորհրդատու Սիմոն Սարգսյանը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ-ից, ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Արմեն Հայրապետյանը բարձր և օգտակար է գնահատել ԱՄՆ գյուղդեպարտամենտի տեսչության փորձը կենդանիների առողջության ու բույսերի պաշտպանության ոլորտում և հույս է հայտնել, որ առաջիկայում հնարավոր կլինի համագործակցել որոշ ծրագրերի իրականացման ուղղությամբ: Որպես համագործակցության հեռանկարային ուղղություն` քննարկվել է հանրապետությունում գյուղտնտեսական կենդանիների համարակալման ծրագիրը, բրուցելոզի դեմ պայքարն ու հիվանդության կանխարգելումը: Հա նդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև արտահանմանն ու ներմուծմանն առնչվող հարցեր, մասնավորապես, անդրադարձ է եղել ներմուծման դեպքում ներկայացվող անասնաբուժական պահանջներին ու կենդանիների, կենդանական ծագման մթերքի, հումքի, կերերի և լրացակերերի դեպքում սերտիֆիկացման պայմաններին: Հանդիպմանը ներկա ծառայության անասնաբուժական տեսչության պետ Հովհաննես Մկրտչյանը մանրամասնել է գործող ընթացակարգերը՝ անդրադառնալով թե երկկողմ համաձայնագրերով սահմանված, թե ԵԱՏՄ շրջանակներում գործող նորմերին:
