Մեկնարկել է Երևանի համար «Խելացի քաղաք» հայեցակարգի մշակման գործընթացը

 Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի է ունեցել «Խելացի քաղաք ձևաչափը Երևանում» աշխատանքային խմբի անդրանիկ հանդիպումը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են ՄԱԶԾ (ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագիր) կողմից իրականացվող «Տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառումն աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման գործընթացում» ծրագրի շրջանակում «Խելացի քաղաք» հայեցակարգի մշակմանն ուղղված հարցեր: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ներկայացնելով Երևան քաղաքում ծրագրի իրականացման անհրաժեշտությունը` քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմի Զարգացման և ներդրումային ծրագրերի վարչության պետ Արմեն Հարությունյանը նշել է, որ ծրագրի նպատակը Երևան քաղաքում ռիսկերի կառավարմանն ու քաղաքի կայուն զարգացմանն ուղղված նորարական մոտեցումների մշակումն ու այդ ուղղությամբ առաջարկների ներկայացումն է: 

ՄԱԶԾ փորձագետ Արա Նազինյանն իր խոսքում նշել է, որ  «Խելացի քաղաք» հայեցակարգի մշակման ուղղությամբ կազմվել են մի քանի տասնյակ ձևաչափեր և առաջարկներ, տարբեր կառույցներ և կազմակերպություններ յուրահատուկ մոտեցումներ են առաջարկում քաղաքների և համայնքների «խելացի» զարգացման համար: Երևան քաղաքն ունի իր առանձնահատկությունները, «Խելացի քաղաք»-ի տեսլականը, քաղաքում ընթացող զարգացման գործառույթները, իրականացվող ծրագրեր և ներուժ:

Այս համատեքստում կարևորվել է խնդրին առնչվող բոլոր ոլորտների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությունը հայեցակարգի մշակման գործընթացում: Միաժամանակ ՄԱԿ-ի փորձագետներն առաջարկել են Երևանի «Խելացի քաղաք» զարգացման հայեցակարգը ձևավորել Սենդայի համաժողովի և Կայուն զարգացման նպատակների թիրախներին համապատասխան:

Քննարկումների և համատեղ աշխատանքի արդյունքում, ըստ էության, մեկնարկել է Երևան քաղաքի համար «Խելացի քաղաք» հայեցակարգի և ճանապարհային քարտեզի մշակման գործընթացը, ինչը հիմք կհանդիսանա հետագա աշխատանքների արդյունավետ պլանավորման, ինչպես նաև անհրաժեշտ ռեսուրսների ներգրավման համար:
