Սպասվում է, որ ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի 70-րդ նստաշրջանի ընդհանուր քաղաքական բանավեճին, որը տեղի կունենա սեպտեմբերի 28-ից մինչեւ հոկտեմբերի 3-ը, կմասնակցեն պետությունների ու կառավարությունների 140-ից ավելի ղեկավարներ, ինչպես նաեւ արտաքին գործերի նախարարներ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, լրագրողներին հայտնել է ՄԱԿ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Ստեֆան Դյուժարիկը: Նրա խոսքով՝ զարգացման գագաթնաժողովին, որը նախորդելու է բանավեճերին, սպասվում է ՄԱԿ-ի անդամ երկրների առաջին դեմքերի էլ ավելի ակտիվ մասնակցությունը:

«Ներկայում սպասվում է պետությունների ու կառավարությունների 154 ղեկավարների եւ 30 նախարարների մասնակցությունը կայուն զարգացման հարցերին նվիրված գագաթնաժողովին: Ընդհանուր քաղաքական բանավեճին, ինչպես սպասվում է, կմասնակցեն պետությունների ու կառավարությունների 144 ղեկավարներ, ինչպես նաեւ 46 նախարարներ»,- ասել է նա եւ հավելել, որ օգոստոսի 31-ից մինչեւ սեպտեմբերի 15-ը հավատարմագրման բյուրոյով ՄԱԿ է անցել 8,9 հազար մարդ, եւ այդ թիվն առաջիկա օրերին «կավելանա եւս հազարով»:

ՄԱԿ-ի Գլխավոր ասամբելայի հոբելյանական 70-րդ նստաշրջանը բացվել է սեպտեմբերի 15-ին, հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
