Ренат Агзамов, Коммерческий директор «Фили-Бейкер», чемпион России по боксу и чемпион страны по кондитерскому искусству. Спортивная карьера давно в прошлом, теперь Ренат шеф-кондитер и создатель уникальной школы по кондитерскому мастерству. Свой первый десерт он изготовил в 7 лет – испек пирог. После школы пошел учиться в Сочинское кулинарное училище. У кулинара необычное хобби – он скульптор по льду.

За последние 3 года Ренат сделал более 2700 свадебных тортов и ни одного не повторил в оформлении. Любимый ингредиент – шоколад. Практически все его торты покрыты шоколадным велюром. Любит использовать лайм и кока-колу в качестве соуса. Считает свой стиль приближенным к авангарду или модерну. Увлекается гастрономической фотографией на профессиональном уровне.
