Հունահռոմեական ոճի ըմբշամարտի աշխարհի կրկնակի չեմպիոն Արթուր Ալեքսանյանի հայրը՝ Գևորգ Ալեքսանյանը, կիսվել է աշխարհի առաջնությունից ստացած իր տպավորություններով: «Ես մարզումների, մրցումների ժամանակ փորձում եմ մարզչի աչքերով նայել, տեսնել այն սխալները, որոնք անում է Արթուրը: Այդ ժամանակ ավելի հանգիստ եմ լինում, քան եթե ծնողի աչքերով նայեմ: Իսկ երբ Արթուր հաղթանակով է կանգնում պատվո պատվանդանին, այդ ժամանակ ես ամեն ինչին նայում եմ որպես ծնող: Անցած տարի, օրինակ, երբ Արթուրն առաջին անգամ դարձավ աշխարհի չեմպիոն, ես դուրս եկա գորգ, իսկ այս տարի գորգի կողքին կանգնած գրկել եմ Ջուլֆալակյանին, բայց անձամբ չեմ հիշում»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորմամբ` այս մասին Ալեքսանյանը նշեց լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ:
