Վիեննայում սեպտեմբերի 14-ին աշխատանքներն է մեկնարկել ՄԱԿ-ի Ատոմային էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության գլխավոր կոնֆերանսի 59-րդ նստաշրջանը: Ինչպես Արմենպրեսին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, կոնֆերանսին մասնակցում է ՀՀ պատվիրակությունը՝ ՀՀ էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշա րների նախարարի տեղակալ Արեգ Գալստյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Պատվիրակության կազմում են Վիեննայում տեղակայված միջազգային կազմակերպություններում ՀՀ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ, Ավստրիայում ՀՀ դեսպան Արման Կիրակոսյանը, ՀՀ ԿԱ միջուկային անվտանգության կարգավորման պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աշոտ Մարտիրոսյանը, ՀՀ Նախագահին կից ատոմային էներգետիկայի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար, «Հայատոմ» ՓԲԸ-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Վահրամ Պետրոսյանը, Հայկական ԱԷԿ-ի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Մովսես Վարդանյանը, ինչպես նաև ոլորտի այլ մասնագետներ:

ՀՀ պատվիրակության ղեկավար Արեգ Գալստյանն իր ելույթում կարևորել է ԱԷՄԳ-ի դերը միջուկային էներգիայի խաղաղ օգտագործման բնագավառում, անդրադարձել է ԱԷՄԳ-ի հետ ՀՀ-ի երկարատև և արդյունավետ համագործակցությանը՝ մասնավորեցնելով Հայկական ԱԷԿ-ի անվտանգության մակարդակի բարձրացման գործընթացում ԱԷՄԳ-ի դերակատարությունը և ցուցաբերած աջակցությունը:

Գլխավոր կոնֆերանսի շրջանակներում ՀՀ պատվիրակությունը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել ԱՄՆ-ի էներգետիկայի դեպարտամենտի ներկայացուցիցների, ԱԷՄԳ-ի ֆիզիկական պաշտպանության վարչության աշխատակիցների, ինչպես նաև մի շարք այլ պատվիրակությունների հետ: Հանդիպումների ընթացքում քննարկվել են հետագա համագործակցության հարցեր: ՀՀ պատվիրակության անդամները մասնակցել են «Ատոմային էներգետիկան արդյունաբերության համար» գիտական ֆորումին:

Սեպտեմբերի 17-ին ԱԷՄԳ հովանու ներքո տեղի է ունեցել Հայկական ԱԷԿ-ի անվտանգության մակարդակի բարձրացման նպատակով միջազգային աջակցության համակարգման Դոնոր-Երկրների Կոնֆերանսի 7-րդ նիստը: Նիստի քննարկումներին մասնակցել են ԱԷՄԳ-ի, ԱՄՆ-ի, ԵՄ-ի, ՌԴ-ի և Չեխիայի ներկայացուցիչները: Ներկաները կարևորել են համագործակցության տվյալ ձևաչափը և ուրվագծել են հետագա առաջնայնությունները:
