 «Հայոց արծիվներ» հայրենասիրական հասարակական կազմակերպության հիմնադիր  նախագահ Խաչիկ Ասրյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Անկախության տոնի առթիվ:  Ուղերձում ասված է.

Քրիստոսապաշտ հայե՛ր,

Աստվածային հողի արարչագործ հայ ժողովուրդը հայ ազգային-ազատագրական պայքարի թոհ ու բոհի մեջ ծնված արցախյան հերոսամարտի ընթացքում, նահատակված և կենդանի հերոսների նվիրվածության և անձնազոհության, ասել է թե մեծ հայրենասիրության շնորհիվ ձեռք բերեց հայոց անկախ պետականություն, որը յուրաքանչյուրիս համար դարձավ բացարձակ արժեք այնպես, ինչպես ծնողը, ընտանիքը հայրենիքը: Դարերի դաժան փորձությունների միջով անցած հայ ազգը, վերջապես անդամագրվեց անկախ պետությունների բանակին և ի հեճուկս մեր բազում թշնամիների, կրկին Փյունիկի նման հառնեց մոխիրներից:

«Հայոց արծիվներ» հայրենասիրական հասարակական կազմակերպության նախագահության և անձամբ իմ անունից ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ  մեր փառավոր ազգի աննախադեպ այս մեծ տոնի կապակցությամբ և մաղթում Ձեզ դեպի ապագա քայլող հզոր ու անպարտելի  Հայրենիք, որի հարստությունը իր տաղանդավոր ժողովուրդն է, որի անկոտրում բազուկը արցախյան ծանր մարտերում հաղթանակ տարած մեր մարտունակ Հայոց բանակն է, որի ուժն ու կայունությունը բոլորիս համար երազելի Հայոց անկախ պետականությունն է: Մեր երկիրը մեր տունն է, սատար լինենք մեր ազգային տան հարստությանը, մեր խելացի սերնդին, հավատի հայրենիք պարգևենք նրանց, և ևս մեկ անգամ հիշենք, որ մենք մեր սրբազան հայրենիքի լիիրավ ժառանգորդներն ենք և մեր ձեռքերում է մեր լույս հայրենիքի հավերժության բանալին:

Փառք անկախության համար պայքարի ելած մեր հերոսական ժողովրդին...

Փառք հայոց սահմանները անառիկ պահող հայոց ազգային անպարտելի բանակին...

Խոնարհում հայրենիքի համար մարտիրոսված հերոսների հիշատակի առջև…

Կրկին շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և բոլորիդ օջախներին մաղթում հաղթանակած հողի ուժն ու  առատությունը, մեր անխախտ լեռների համառությունն ու սառնասրտությունը և մեր արիակամ հերոսների անդավաճան ոգու ուժը...

Հայրենիքի հզորությունը, մեր հզորությունն է: Շնորհավոր Անկախությունդ, Հայաստա՛ն...
