Ամերիկյան երկու կորպորացիա քննարկում է ֆրենչայզինգային ներդրումները Հայաստանում

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների դեսպանատունն աջակցում է ամերիկյան ձեռնարկությունների ու հայ ներդրողների միջև գործարար կապերի հաստատմանը: Այս մասին ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան, ԱՄՆ Կոմերցիոն ծառայության Մոսկվայի գրասենյակի և «Ամերիա» կառավարման խորհրդատվական ծառայության հետ սեպտեմբերի 22-ին կազմակերպված համատեղ ֆրենչայզինգի ընձեռած գործարար հնարավորություններին նվիրված մեկօրյա համաժողովին այս մասին հայտնեցԱՄՆ դեսպանության գործերի ժամանակավոր հավատարմատար Քլարկ Փրայսը: «Ես համոզված եմ, որ այսօր սկիզբ են առնելու բազմաթիվ հաջող ձեռնարկներ հայկական և ամերիկյան ընկերությունների միջև: ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը լիահույս է, որ կկարողանա պարարտ հող նախապատրաստել հայաստանյան գործարարների և ամերիկյան կորպորացիաների միջև կապերի ձևավորման համար»,-  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ`նշեց նա: 

Համաժողովին ներկա էին ամերիկյան երկու կորպորացիաների՝ Papa John’s Pizza-ի և Tutti-Frutti Frozen Yogurts-ի ներկայացուցիչները, ովքեր ժամանել էին Երևան համաժողովի մասնակիցներին ներկայացնելու հնարավոր ֆրենչայզինգային ներդրումները Հայաստանում: Այս միջոցառումը մասնակիցների համար արժևորվում է նրանով, որ նրանք կարողացան վաղօրոք տեղեկանալ հայտնի բրենդերի հայաստանյան շուկա մուտք գործելու պատրաստակամության մասին:

«Մենք ուրախ ենք այս կարգի միջոցառումներով, ինչպիսին ֆրենչայզինգին նվիրված այս համաժողովն է, հիմքեր ապահովել տնտեսական աճի համար: Սակայն բոլորս էլ գիտենք, որ ձեր հաջողությունը ձեր ձեռքերում է»,-շեշտեց Քլարկ Փրայսը:

Համաժողովին մասնակցում էին 50-ից ավելի ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչներ ու ձեռներեցներ: Հանդիպումը կազմակերպվել էր գործարար հարաբերութուններին զարկ տալու ճանապարհով Հայաստանի և Միացյալ Նահանգների միջև կոմերցիոն հարաբերությունները խորացնելու և ամրապնդելու նպատակով:

Միջոցառման ընթացքում նաև շեշտադրվեց մտավոր սեփականության իրավունքը` Հայաստանում ֆրենչայզինգի հետագա զարգացման համատեքստում:

Միացյալ Նահանգների ու Հայաստանի միջև խորացող գործարար կապերի ամրապնդման նպատակով համաժողովը ներկայացրեց ԱՄՆ ֆրենչայզինգային ձեռնարկություններին, որոնք թեև նոր են մուտք գործում հայկական շուկա, սակայն տարածաշրջանի այլ վայրերում արդեն հաջող տնտեսավարման փորձ ունեն: Համաժողովը նոր գործ սկսելու հեռանկարներ փնտրող հայաստանյան գործարարներին ներկայացրեց ֆրենչայզինգային հնարավորությունները:
