 Միգրացիոն ճգնաժամը միայն Գերմանիայի կամ Եվրոպայի առջեւ ծառացած մարտահրավեր չԷ, այն գլոբալ մարտահրավեր Է միջազգային ողջ հանրակցության համար: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է Արմենպրեսը, սեպտեմբերի 24-ին հայտարարել Է ԳՖՀ-ի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը՝ ելույթ ունենալով Բունդեսթագում:

Մերկելը հավելել Է, որ Երկրորդ համաշխարհային պատերազմի ժամանակներից աշխարհում այնքան մեծ թվով գաղթականներ չեն եղել, որքան այժմ: «Խոսքն ամբողջ աշխարհում գրեթե 60 մլն մարդու մասին Է»,-ասել Է կանցլերը:

«Հնչեցված թվերի կապակցությամբ չի կարելի խոսել այն մասին, որ դա մարտահրավեր Է միայն Գերմանիայի կամ Եվրոպայի համար, այն գլոբալ մարտահրավեր Է»,-ասել Է Մերկելը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

Ըստ ՌԻԱ Նովոստիի՝ նա նաեւ նշել Է, որ Եվրամիությունը Բրյուսելում կայացած ատահերթ գագաթնաժողովում միասնություն դրսեւորեց, ինչը դրական ազդանշան Է: Սակայն, ըստ նրա, ներկայիս միգրացիոն ճգնաժամի պատճառները վերացնելու համար հարկավոր Է ներգրավել բազմաթիվ կողմեր, այդ թվում՝ Ռուսաստանին: «Որքան կողմերն ավելի պարզ հասկանան այդ մարտահրվերները ազգային, եվրոպական եւ գլոբալ մակարդակով, այնքան ավելի դյուրին կլինի դրանց պատասխանել»,-հայտարարել Է նա:

Գերմանիայի կառավարության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ արվել Է միայն առաջին քայլը, բայց հիմնախնդիրն առայժմ չի հաջողվել լուծել:

«Ճգնաժամի հետ կապված խնդիրները կարելի Է լուծել միայն մեր անդրատլանտյան գործընկերների՝ ԱՄՆ-ի, ինչպես նաեւ Ռուսաստանի եւ Մերձավոր ու Միջին Արեւելքի պետությունների հետ համատեղ»,-ասել Է նա, օրինակ բերելով Սիրիայի ճգնաժամը, որի շուրջ, կանցլերի համոզմամբ, անհրաժեշտ Է բազմակողմ համագործակցություն: Այս համատեքստում Մերկելն ընդգծել Է այն երկրների իրադրությունը կայունացնելու անհրաժեշտությունը, որտեղից փախստականները ժամանում են Եվրամիություն:
