 «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը պատրաստվում է մասնակցել սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեից առաջ անցկացվող քարոզարշավին և իր ընտրազանգվածին իրազեկել սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների դրական կողմերի մասին: Ազգային ժողովում խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների ժամանակ ասաց ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վահան Բաբայանը: «Մենք նման կարևոր գործընթացում չենք կարող լինել դիտորդի դ երում: Բնականաբար, Ազգային ժողովում սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների կողմ քվեարկելուց հետո հանդիպելու ենք մեր ընտրազանգվածի հետ, փորձելու ենք մարդկանց բացատրել, թե ինչ դրական արդյունքներ կարող են լինել մեր երկրի համար սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների ընդունումից հետո: Մենք փորձելու ենք հիմնավորել, թե ինչու ենք կողմ այս բարեփոխումներին, փորձելու ենք հիմնավորել մեր «այո»-ն»,- Արմենպրես-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Բաբայանը:

Նա նշեց, որ ԲՀԿ-ն բավականին երկար է մտածել սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին կողմ արտահայտվելուց առաջ և այդ որոշումը մեկ օրվա մեջ չի կայացվել: «Մենք բազմաթիվ քննարկումներ ենք ունեցել, մանրամասն ուսումնասիրել ենք սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագիծը և եկել ենք այն եզրակացության, որ բարեփոխումները դրական նշանակություն են ունենալու մեր երկրի համար: Մենք հասկացել ենք, որ չենք կարող դեմ լինել այս բարեփոխումներին, որովհետև դա կնշանակի, որ մենք դեմ ենք լինելու 100 տոկոսանոց համամասնական ընտրակարգին անցում կատարելուն, ինչի մասին մենք երկ ար ժամանակ խոսել ենք»,- նշեց Բաբայանը՝ հավելելով, որ պետք չէ որևէ վատ բան չտեսնել նրանում, որ ԲՀԿ-ն կողմ է սահմանադրական բարեփոխումենրին:
