ԱՄՀ-ն վերանայել է Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճի ցուցանիշի կանխատեսումը` բարձրացնելով 2.5 տոկոսի

Արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամը վերանայել է Հայաստանի տնտեսական աճի կանխատեսումն ու այն գնահատել 2.5 տոկոսի չափով: Ինչպես լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նշեց ԱՄՀ հայաստանյան առաքելության ղեկավար Մարկ Հորթոնը, տնտեսական աճն այս տարի իրենց ակնկալածից փոքր-ինչ ավելի բարձր է: 

«Մեր նախորդ հանդիպման ժամանակ` ապրիլին, տնտեսական աճի կանխատեսումը, կարծես, 1 տոկոս էր, հիմա 2.5 տոկոս է»,- ասաց Մարկ Հորթոնը:

Նրա խոսքով` 2015-ի տնտեսական աճը մասամբ պայմանավորված է միանվագ գործոններով, որոնք հաջորդ տարի չեն կրկնվի: «Այդ միանվագ գործոններից է պղնձի գործարանի բացումը, այս տարի բացառիկ լավ բնակլիմայական պայմաններ են եղել, ու գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտն էլ լավ ցուցանիշներ է գրանցել»,- ասաց պաշտոնյան` հավելելով, որ հաջորդ տարի այս տարվանից ավելի ցածր տնտեսական աճ է կանխատեսվում` մոտ 2.2 տոկոսի չափով:

«Տնտեսական աճի դանդաղելը կապված է նաև բանկային ոլորտի հետ. ինչպես գիտեք`  տոկոսադրույքները բավականին բարձր են, վարկավորման աճը մեծ չի եղել, բանկային համակարգում շահութաբերության ցուցանիշն էլ բարձր չի եղել»,- ավելացրեց Մարկ Հորթոնը:

Նա նկատեց, որ պետեկամուտների հավաքագրումը ակնկալվածից մի փոքր ցածր է եղել, ինչին նպաստել է տնտեսական աճի դանդաղումը, ինչպես նաև հարկային քաղաքականության և վարչարարության մեջ կատարված փոփոխությունները: «Տարին ՀՀ բյուջեի համար դյուրին չէ եղել: Այս երկու շաբաթվա ընթացքում քննարկել ենք հաջորդ տարվա բյուջեն, որպեսզի ճիշտ ցուցանիշներ ամրագրվեն: Դա դժվար է, քանի որ հեռանկարի ու եկամուտների հավաքագրման առումով մեծ անորոշություն է առկա: Դա բյուջեի հետ կապված ռիսկեր կառաջացնի, որը սովորական տարիներից ավելի շատ կլինեն: Մեր խնդիրներից մեկն էլ եղել է այդ ռիսկերի գնահատումն ու մեղմումը»,- տեղեկացրեց ԱՄՀ-ի ներկայացուցիչը:

ԱՄՀ հայաստանյան առաքելության ղեկավարը նշեց, որ դրական տեղաշարժեր ևս նկատվում են այն իմաստով, որ ավելանում են Մերձավոր Արևելքի ու Պարսից ծոցի շրջաններ ուղղվող արտահանման ծավալները: 

«Տեսնում ենք Չինաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների սերտացման ու Եվրոպայի հետ շրջանակային նոր համաձայնագրի ուղղությամբ աշխատանքների կատարում, որը փոխլրացնող կլինի ԵԱՏՄ-ին ՀՀ-ի անդամակցությանը»,-ընդգծեց պաշտոնյան:
