ՄԽ համանախագահները հայտարարել են մինչև տարեվերջ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպման մասին

Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարները համաձայնել են ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հետ շարունակել նախագահական հաջորդ հանդիպման նախապատրաստական աշխատանները: Երկու երկրների նախագահների հանդիպումն ակնկալվում է մինչև տարեվերջ: Այս մասին նշվում է Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովի (Ռուսաստան), Ջեյմս Ուորլիքի (ԱՄՆ), Պիեր Անդրիուի (Ֆրանսիա), ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի ան ձնական ներկայացուցիչ դեսպան Անջեյ Կասպրշիկի` Նյու Յորքում սեպտեմբերի 24-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի և սեպտեմբերի 25-ին Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հետ առանձին-առանձին և նախարարների հետ միացյալ հանդիպումներից հետո տարածված հայտարարության մեջ: Հանդիպումներն անցկացվել են միջազգային սահմանին և շփման գծում լարվածության թուլացման անհետաձգելի միջոցների ձեռնարկման անհրաժեշտությամբ` նպատակ ունենալով շարունակել  տևական լուծման հասնելու բանակցությունները, իրականացնել վստահության կառուցման միջոցառումներ:

«Համանախագահները կոչ են արել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահներին ընդունել հրադադարի խախտումների հետաքննության` ԵԱՀԿ առաջարկած մեխանիզմը: Առանց այդպիսի մեխանիզմի կողմերը կշարունակեն միմյանց մեղադրել շփման գծում և Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան սահմանին մահացու հարվածներ հասցնելու մեջ: Հայաստանը համաձայնել է քննարկել մեխանիզմի մանրամասները. մենք կոչ են անում Ադրբեջանին անել նույնը»,- նշված է հայտարարության մեջ:  

Համանախագահները խիստ տոնով դատապարտել են հրետանու կիրառումը, որը վերջին օրերին լուրջ վնասներ ու կորուստներ է պատճառել` ցավակցություն հայտնելով զոհվածների հարազատներին: Բռնությունների ուժգնացումը հայերի ու ադրբեջանցիների, նաև բանակցությունների շահերից չի բխում:  

Համանախագահները խրախուսել են կողմերին իրականացնել մարդ-մարդ շփումներին նպաստող ծրագրեր և կառուցել վստահություն հասարակությունների միջև:
