Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի երեկվա ելույթին,որտեղ ՀՀ նախագահն ասել էր,որ Արցախը ևս Հայաստան է,այսօր արձագանքել է Բաքվի և Անկարայի վաղեմի բարեկամ,Մինսկի խմբում ԱՄՆ նախկին համանախագահ,Բաքվում ԱՄՆ նախկին դեսպան,իսկ հիմա էլ Էստոնիայում պատսպարված Մեթյու Բրայզան...Նա "անկեղծորեն" զարմացած է Ս.Սարգսյանի հայտարարությունից,որն ըստ Բրայզայի հակասում է պաշտոնական Երևանի դիրքորոշմանը...Մ.Բրայզան անտրամաբանական է համարում Ս.Սարգսյանի հայտարարությունը...Խորամանկ ամերիկացին,որն իր գործունեությամբ ապացուցել է հակահայ լինելու փաստը,այս հայտարարությունը փորձել է օգտագործել ՀՀ-ի և Արցախի միջև սեպ խրելու համար...Բրայզան համոզված է,որ Ս.Սարգսյանն իր հայտարարությամբ վիրավորել է արցախահայերին,որոնք այսքան տարի մտածել են,որ իրենք են իրենց ճակատագրի տերը,որ իրենք են ղեկավարում իրենց հանրապետությունը՝ընտրելով նախագահ,վերահսկելով տնտեսությունը և այլն...Հակահայ քարոզչության մեջ Բաքվի համար "ծանր հրետանի" համարվող այս տկարամիտը որոշել է ՀՀ նախագահի հայտարարությունն այնպես մեկնաբանել,ԻԲՐ թե Ս.Սարգսյանը նսեմացնում է Արցախը և նրա անկախությունը...Սակայն թրքուհի Զեյնո Բարանի ամուսինը,ծանոթ լինելով Արցախյան հիմնախնդրին և իր կնոջ "հայրենիքի" պատմությանը շատ լավ գիտի,որ հայի համար ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆ է նաև Վանը,Մուշը,Կարսը,Սարիղամիշը,Կարինը,Երզնկան,Գանձակը,Դաշտային Արցախը և այլն...Իսկ Արցախը՝ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆ է՝հայկական երկրորդ պետությունն է...
Մ.Բրայզան "ուշադիր" չի լսել Ս.Սարգսյանի ելույթը...ՀՀ նախագահը չի ասել,որ Արցախը ՀՀ անքակտելի մասն է,այլ ասել է՝ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆ է...Իսկ դրանք տարբեր բաներ են...Ցավոք,ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ մի փոքր մասն է ԱՆԿԱԽ՝միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը և ինքնահռչակ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը,որի անվտանգության երաշխավորն ու պաշտպանը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն է...Բրայզայի նման դիվանագետը շատ լավ գիտի այս մասին,սակայն միտումնավոր աղավաղում է ՀՀ նախագահի ելույթի իմաստը... Հայերի պատճառով 2011թ-ի վերջին Ադրբեջանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանի պաշտտոնից ՀԵՏ ԿԱՆՉՎԱԾ Մ.Բրայզան չի թաքցնում իր վիրավորվածությունը համայն հայությունից...Ամեն անգամ որևէ իրադարձություն մեկնաբանելիս նրա տեսակետները համընկնում են ազերիների հետ...Իսկ հիմա էլ Արցախի անկախության ԹՇՆԱՄԻ Մ.Բրայզան որոշել է անկախասեր արցախահայերի ՕՄԲՈՒԴՍՄԵՆԻ դերը ստանձնել՝"պաշտպանելով" վերջիններիս Ս.Սարգսյանից և ՀՀ-ից...Բաքուն երկու օր էլ տարբեր մակարդակներով մեկնավանում է Ս.Սարգսյանի այս հայտարարությունը և փորձում է այն ներկայացնել իրեն ձեռնտու դիրքից...Սակայն այս հարցում նրան չեն կարող օգնել նույնիսկ Մ.Բրայզայի նման ԾԱԽՈՒ դիվանագետները...Ժամանակին ազերիկան ԶԼՄ-ները գրում էին,որ Բաքվի համար քրտնաջան աշխատելու համար Մ.Բրայզան ոչ միայն օգտվել է նավթադոլլարներից,այլև Ի.Ալիևը նրան նվիրել է "վիլլա" Բաքվում...Տեսնես այս "արցախամետ" մեկնաբանության համար ինչքա՞ն է ստացել "տալլինյան միանձնուհի" Մ.Բրայզան...
