Երեկ Ազատության 27 հասցեում տեղի ունեցավ Sweet angels քաղցրավենիքի խանութի եւ Yeraz launge-bar-restaurant-ի բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությունը:

Իր հյուրերին յուրահատուկ ընդունելությամբ դիմավորող տնօրինությունը մեծ ոգեւորությամբ նշեց, որ քաղաքացիների հետաքրքրությունը՝ կապված թե’ խանութ-սրահի եւ թե’ ռեստորան-լանչ բարի բացման հետ, բավական տպավորիչ է եւ հաճելի:

Խոսելով պատրաստվող քաղցրավենիքների մասին՝ Sweet angels քաղցրավենիքի խանութի եւ Yeraz launge-bar-restaurant-ի տնօրեն Լիանա Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ ամբողջը ձեռքի աշխատանք է, խմորեղենները պատրաստվում են բարձրակարգ հրուշակագործների կողմից:

«Պատրաստման ժամանակ փորձում ենք հնարավորինս շատ օգտագործել բնական հավելանյութեր»,- ասաց նա:

Անդրադառնալով ռեստորանային համալիրի հարմարավետությանը եւ մատչելիությանը՝ Լիանա Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ ռեստորանն ունի երկու սրահ՝ ամեն մի սրահ նախատեսված է մոտ 70 անձի համար:

«Մեր ծրագրերում նախատեսվում է եւս մեկ սրահ բացել, որն ավելի շատ հանգստի գոտի կլինի: Նոր սրահի բացումը կլինի տանիքում: Այն մարդիկ, ովքեր կցանկանան լավ երաժշտություն վայելել՝ կտրվելով առօրյայից, կայցելեն մեզ, եւ մենք սիրով կընդունենք նրանց:

Ինչ վերաբերում է մատչելիությանը, ապա կարող եմ ասել, որ պատրաստվող ուտեստներում օգտագործվելու են տեղական մսամթերք, որն արդեն իսկ խոսում է որակի եւ նաեւ մատչելիության մասին»,- ասաց նա:
