Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ ծայրագույն պատրիարք և Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսի օրհնությամբ Օշականի Ս. Մեսրոպ Մաշտոց եկեղեցում սեպտեմբերի 29-ին տեղի է ունեցել Հայ եկեղեցու մասնավոր վարդապետության չորս աստիճանների տվչության արարողություն:

Ինչպես Արմենպրես-ին տեղեկացրին Մայր Աթոռի տեղեկատվական համակարգից, ձեռամբ Ռուսաստանի և Նոր Նախիջևանի հայոց թեմի առաջնորդ Գերաշնորհ Տ. Եզրաս արքեպիսկոպոս Ներսիսյանի` մասնավոր վարդապետության իշխանություն է տրվել օրեր առաջ` սեպտեմբերի 25-ին, վարդապետական թեզերը պաշտպանած Մայր Աթոռ Ս. Էջմիածնի յոթ միաբանների` Քրեակատարողական հիմնարկների հոգևոր տեսուչ Հոգեշնորհ Տ. Ռուբեն աբեղա Զարգարյանին, Գեղարքունիքի թեմի առաջնորդական տեղապահ Հոգեշնորհ Տ. Կիրակոս աբեղա Դավթյանին, Մայր Աթոռի փոխդիվանապետ Հոգեշնորհ Տ. Պ արթև աբեղա Բարսեղյանին, Մայր Աթոռի Կադրերի բաժնի տնօրեն Հոգեշնորհ Տ. Կյուրեղ աբեղա Դավթյանին, Հունաստանի հայոց թեմի առաջնորդական տեղապահ Հոգեշնորհ Տ. Խորեն աբեղա Առաքելյանին, Մայր Աթոռի Գևորգյան հոգևոր ճեմարանի տեսուչ Հոգեշնորհ Տ. Գարեգին աբեղա Համբարձումյանին և Հառիճավանքի Թրբանճյան ընծայարանի տեսուչ Հոգեշնորհ Տ. Նշան աբեղա Հմայակյանին:

Արարողության ավարտին Գերաշնորհ Տ. Եզրաս արքեպիսկոպոս Ներսիսյանը շնորհավորել է նորընծա վարդապետներին` մասնավորապես, նշելով. «Դուք այսօր կոչված եք Տիրոջ կենարար խոսքը քարոզելու, մեր սրբազան հայրերի ճշմարիտ վարդապետությունը մեկնելու, որպեսզի աստվածային խոսքի իմաստությամբ և ճշմարտությամբ առաջնորդվեն Սուրբ Եկեղեցու ձեզ վստահված մեր զավակները, որպեսզի ձեր խորհրդով ու ձեր իմաստուն առաջնորդությամբ մերժեն ամեն տեսակի գայթակղություն և մեղք, պահեն իրենց հոգու անդորրը»: Սրբազան Հայրը մաղթել է, որ Աստծու օրհնությունն ու Սուրբ Հոգու շն որհները մշտապես ուղեկցեն նրանց, հաստատուն մնան իրենց կոչման մեջ և վարդապետական գավազանով դեպի Տիրոջ կենարար խոսքն առաջնորդեն իրենց հավատացյալ հոտը:

Նույն օրը Ն.Ս.Օ.Տ.Տ. Գարեգին Բ Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսն ընդունել է յոթ վարդապետներին` ուղեկցությամբ Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնի լուսարարապետ Գերաշնորհ Տ. Հովնան եպիսկոպոս Հակոբյանի և Վարդապետական թեզերի պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, Մայր Աթոռի եկեղեցական հայեցակարգային գրասենյակի տնօրեն և Տավուշի թեմի առաջնորդ Գերաշնորհ Տ. Բագրատ եպիսկոպոս Գալստանյանի:

Հանդիպմանը Բագրատ Սրբազանը հանուն յոթ վարդապետների իր հավատարմությունն է հայտնել Ամենայն Հայոց Հայրապետին և Մայր Աթոռ Ս. Էջմիածնին:

Այնուհետև վարդապետական աստիճանի արժանացած Հայր Սրբերին շնորհավորել և իր պատգամն ու գնահատանքն է բերել Վեհափառ Հայրապետը` վստահություն հայտնելով, որ նրանք ամենայն պատասխանատվությամբ կիրականացնեն իրենց ծառայությունը Հայ եկեղեցու անդաստանում: Նորին Սրբությունը հորդորել է, որ իրենց ծառայությունն արդյունավորեն նաև գիտակրթական ասպարեզում:

Վերջում Հայոց Հայրապետը «Պահպանիչ» աղոթքով օրհնել է վարդապետներին և հաջողություն մաղթել նրանց առաքելությանը:
