Մշակույթի նախարարությունը՝ Արմենչիկին ՀՀ վաստակավոր արտիստի կոչում շնորհելու մասին

Դժվար է ասել, թե ամեն տարի պարտադիր կերպով ՀՀ անկախության տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ երկրի ղեկավարի կողմից մշակույթի մի խումբ գործիչների կոչումներ շնորհելը բարի ավանդո՞ւյթ է դարձել, թե՞ բրեժնևյան ժամանակաշրջանի կրկնություն, բայց որ այդ պարտականությունը որակազրկել է թե´ կոչման իմաստը, թե´ նշանակությունը, փաստ է: Բացի այդ, կոչումների արժանանալու նշաձողն այնքան է իջել, որ տպավորությունն այնպիսին է, որ եթե այսպես շարունակվի, ապա վաստակավորի կոչում կստանան նաև բոլոր բոլոր այն մարդիկ, ովքեր իրենց բակում կամ խնջույքի ժամանակ ասմունքել կամ գոնե երգել գիտեն:

Գուցե հենց դա է պատճառը, որ պարգևատրված անձանց անունները հրապարակվելուց անմիջապես հետո սոցիալական հարթակներում կարծիքների ու մեղադրանքների տեղատարափ է սկսվում ու երկար ժամանակ չի դադարում: Ամենից շատ ու բուռն, սակայն զայրանում են մշակույթի գործիչները, ովքեր թե´ միմյանց հնարավորությունները լավ գիտեն, թե´ վաստակի չափը: Այդ պատճառով միշտ էլ անձերի ընտրությանը միանշանակ չեն վերաբերում ու ընդունում:

Այս տարի էլ հասարակությանը հունից հանեց երգիչ Արմենչիկին ՀՀ վաստակավոր արտիստի կոչում շնորհելու հարցը, իսկ հարցերի հարցը դարձավ այն, թե իրականում ո՞վ է որոշում կայացրել Արմենչիկին նման կոչում շնորհել: Հարցի պատասխանը ստանալու համար Orer.am-ը սեպտեմբերի 22-ին գրավոր դիմել էր ՀՀ մշակույթի նախախարությունը, պարզելու համար, թե արդյո՞ք մշակույթի գործիչներին կոչումներ շնորհելու ցուցակը իրենք են կազմել և ներկայացրել նախագահական նստավայր:

Գրավոր պատասխանը ստանալու համար նախատեսված 5-օրյա աշխատանքային ժամկետը լրանալուց հետո, տեսնելով, որ հարցի պաշտոնական պատասխանն ուշանում է, Orer.am-ը կրկին դիմեց ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժին, որտեղից մեզ պատասխանեցին, որ Արմենչիկին ՀՀ վաստակավոր արտիստի կոչում տալու մասին հարցադրումներին նպատակահարմար չեն գտնում պատասխանել: Նման դեպքերում մնում է ենթադրել, որ կա´մ ոլորտի քաղաքականությամբ զբաղվող գերատեսչության ներկայացուցիչներն էլ համաձայն չեն նման մոտեցմանը, կա´մ էլ պարզապես նոր քննադատության ենթարկվելուց են խուսանավում:
