Աշոտ Ղուլյանի նախագահությամբ սեպտեմբերի 30-ին տեղի է ունեցել 6-րդ գումարման ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի 2-րդ նստաշրջանի առաջին նիստը: ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, նախքան օրենսդրական աշխատանքներին անցնելը, պատգամավորները մեկ րոպե լռությամբ հարգել են վերջին օրերին ադրբեջ անական զինուժի կողմից ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի գյուղերի հրետակոծման եւ ԼՂՀ ՊԲ հյուսիսարեւելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկի պահպանության տեղամասի հրթիռահրետակոծման հետեւանքով զոհված քաղաքացիական անձանց եւ զինվորների հիշատակը:

Խորհրդարանի նախագահը նշել է, որ հրադադարի ռեժիմը խախտելու եւ հակամարտության գոտում իրադրությունը սրելու Ադրբեջանի արկածախնդրությունը վերջին օրերին դրսեւորվել է աննախադեպ լկտիությամբ: Աշոտ Ղուլյանն ընդգծել է, որ պարբերական զգուշացումներն ու ահազանգերը միջազգային հանրության, ՄԱԿ-ի, ԵԱՀԿ-ի, նրա Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների կողմից բավարար ընկալման չեն արժանանում, ինչի հետեւանքով ադրբեջանական կողմի գործողությունները գնալով ավելի են մոտենում վտանգավոր եզրագծին:

ԱԺ նախագահը խորհրդարանի անունից երախտագիտություն է հայտնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակի զինվորներին ու հրամանատարական կազմին, ովքեր ամեն օր խիզախում են առաջնագծում՝ իրենց գործողություններով զսպելով հակառակորդի սանձարձակությունները:

Անցնելով նստաշրջանի օրակարգին՝ խորհրդարանը հաստատել է 2-րդ նստաշրջանի ժամանակավոր հաշվիչ հանձնաժողովի կազմը (Ռոմելա Դադայան (նախագահ), Լյուդմիլա Բարսեղյան, Գագիկ Բաղունց): Ազգային ժողովն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունել է «Հանրային հատվածի կազմակերպությունների հաշվապահական հաշվառման մասին» եւ «Ֆիզիկական կուլտուրայի եւ սպորտի մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքները, հաստատել՝ «Շահութահարկի մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին», «Հաշվապահական հաշվառման մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» եւ «Դիվանագիտական ծառայության մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքում փոփոխություններ եւ լրացում կատարելու մասին» ԼՂՀ օրենքները:

Լիագումար նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված են եղել նաև «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության 2015 թվականի 1-ին կիսամյակի պետական բյուջեի կատարման մասին» ԼՂՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության տեղեկատվությունը եւ ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի 2015 թվականի մայիսի 3-ի ընտրությունների կազմակերպման եւ անցկացման վերաբերյալ ԿԸՀ հաղորդագրությունը, որոնք խորհրդարանն ընդունել է ի գիտություն:

«ԱԺ կանոնակարգ» օրենքի համաձայն, տեղի է ունեցել նաեւ օրենսդիր-գործադիր հարցուպատասխանի ընթացակարգ:
