ԱՄՆ-ը եւ Ռուսաստանը կշարունակեն Սիրիայում հակամարտության կարգավորմանն ուղղված հետագա գործողությունների «մի քանի տարբերակներ»: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում է Արմենպրեսը, լրագրողներին հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ-ի պետքարտուղար Ջոն Քերին՝ ամփոփելով ՌԴ-ի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ սեպտեմբերի 30-ին Նյու Յորքում ՄԱԿ-ի կենտրոնակայանում կայացած բանակցությունների արդյունքները:

ԱՄՆ-ի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը հայտնել է, որ հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են Դամասկոսի եւ զինված ընդիմության միջեւ հակամարտությանը «արձագանքելու մի շարք տարբեր եղանակներ»: «Մենք պայմանավորվեցինք շարունակել մի քանի տարբերակների քննարկումը: Ինձ հարկավոր է դրանցով վերադառնալ Վաշինգտոն եւ հանդիպել նախագահի ու մեր թիմի հետ, վստահ եմ, որ Սերգեյը նույնպես դրանք կքննարկի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի ու իր թիմի հետ: Մենք կվերադառնանք այդ հարցին»,- ասել է Քերին ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի ներկայությամբ:

Քերիի խոսքով՝ նույնիսկ չնայած այն բանին, որ հանդիպմանը չհաջողվեց լուծել Սիրիայում քաղաքական կարգավորմանը վերաբերող կարեւոր հարցերի շուրջ առկա առանձին տարաձայնություններ, Ռուսաստանը եւ ԱՄՆ-ը կձեռնարկեն «մի շարք որոշակի քայլեր, որոնք կարող են տանել ճիշտ ուղղությամբ»: Նա նշել է, որ առջեւում դեռ շատ աշխատանք կա անելու, եւ կողմերը տրամադրված են այն կատարել հնարավորինս շուտ՝ հասկանալով, թե դա որքան կարեւոր է փախստականների հետ կապված իրադրության համատեքստում, ինչպես նաեւ համակարծիք լինելով այն հարցում, որ Սիրիան անհրաժեշտ է պահպանե լ որպես «միասնական, աշխարհիկ եւ ժողովրդավարական» պետություն:

«Դրանք կարեւոր պայմանավորվածություններ են եւ այժմ մեզ հարկավոր է աշխատել նպատակին հասնելու համար: Այնպես որ մենք սերտ կապ ենք պահպանելու»,- ընդգծել է պետքարտուղարը՝ հանդիպումը գնահատելով՝ «կառուցողական»:

Ինչպես հայտնել է Քերին, ԱՄՆ-ը եւ Ռուսաստանը համակարծիք են, որ անհրաժեշտ է խուսափել Սիրիայում հակամարտության սրվելուց, եւ առաջիկա օրերին երկու երկրների զինվորականները խորհրդակցություն կանցկացնեն շահերի բախման հավանականությունը նվազեցնելու համար:

Ինչպես նշում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, հղում անելով ՌԴ պաշտպանության նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ գեներալ մայոր Իգոր Կոնաշենկովին, Ռուսաստանի օդատիեզերական ուժերի ինքնաթիռներն արդեն հարվածներ են հասցրել «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման ութ օբյեկտների: Նա նշել է, որ բոլոր հարվածները հասցվել են օդային հետախուզում անցկացնելուց եւ սիրիական բանակի շտաբից ստացված տվյալների ճշտումից հետո:
