Շուրջ չորս տարի տեւող սիրիական հակամարտությունն այսօր աշխարհի գերտերությունների կողմից ամենաքննարկվող թեմաներից մեկն է: Դեռ երկու օր առաջ ՄԱԿ-ի ամբիոնից ԱՄՆ նախագահ Բարաք Օբաման եւ ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինն անդրադարձան Սիրիայի Հանրապետությում տիրող վիճակին: Վ. Պուտինն իր հերթին հայտարարեց, որ այս իրավիճակում Սիրիայի նման պետության կողքին չկանգնելն ու Ասադի ուժերի հետ չհամագործակցելը պարզապես մեծ սխալ կլինի, իսկ ԱՄՆ նախագահը, բացասական գնահատական տալով սիրիական կառավարությանը եւ վերջինիս գործելաոճին, Բաշար Ասադին բնորոշեց մեկ բառով` «բռնապետ»:

ԱՄՆ նախագահի հիստերիկ այս դրսեւորումը թերեւս պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ օրերս Սիրիայի նախագահ Բաշար Ասադը դիմել էր Ռուսաստանին՝ ռազմական օգնություն տրամադրելու խնդրանքով: Ասադի նպատակն այս հարցում մեկն է` միավորել երկու պետությունների ջանքերը ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարելու համար: Նկատենք, որ հարցի հետ կապված՝ Դաշնային խորհուրդը միաձայն հավանություն է տվել երկրի սահմաններից դուրս ռուսական զինված ուժերի օգտագործմանը:

Ըստ ամերիկյան հեռուստաալիքների հաղորդման՝ Ռուսաստանը Սիրիայի` իրեն ուղղված խնդրանքից հետո ԱՄՆ-ից պահանջել է ազատել Սիրիայի օդային տարածքը, սակայն իզուր, քանի որ Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգները չի պատրաստվում հեշտ ու հանգիստ ձեռքերը լվանալ եւ դուրս գալ խաղից։ Թերեւս արհամարհելով ԱՄՆ-ի մերժողական քաղաքականությունը «Իսլամական պետություն» ծայրահեղական խմբավորման դեմ պայքարելու համար՝ Ռուսաստանը երեկ արդեն Սիրիա ուղարկեց ռազմական ավիացիա եւ հենց նույն օրն արդեն ռազմական գործողությունները նոր թափ ստացան եւ ռմբակոծվեց Հոմս նահանգը:

Փաստորեն, Սիրիայի շուրջ իրադարձությունները Պուտին-Օբամա հանդիպումից հետո մեծ արագությամբ են զարգանում: Թե ինչ կլինի հետագայում, իհարկե, ցույց կտա ժամանակը, սակայն այն, որ ՌԴ-ն բավական հստակ եւ լուրջ քայլերի է գնում՝ միեւնույն ժամանակ օդային հարվածներ հասցնելով ոչ միայն իսլամիստ ծայրահեղականներին, այլեւ հեռակա կարգով՝ ԱՄՆ-ին, փաստ է:
