Հանգուցյալ երգչուհի Ժաննա Ֆրիսկեի ընտանիքի ու նրա քաղաքացիական ամուսնու՝ Դմիտրի Շեպելյովի միջեւ ծագած տարաձայնություններն ավելի են խորանում: Երեկ երգչուհու հայրը ՝ Վլադիմիր Բորիսին, լրագրողներին պատմել է, որ Դմիտրի Շեպելյովի հետ վիճաբանությունների հետեւանքով իր կինը ծանր հիվանդացել է, քանի որ ծանր ապրումներ ունի իր թոռնիկի՝ Պլատոնի համար: 

Դատապաշտպան Գեորգի Տյուրինը մեկնաբանել է, թե ինչ տարաձայնություններ կան Ժաննա Ֆրիսկեի ու Դմիտրի Շեպելյովի միջեւ, որոնք ոչ մի կերպ չեն կարողանում կիսել երգչուհու երկու տարեկան որդուն ՝ Պլատոնին:

Իրավաբանի խոսքով, տվյալ դեպքում օրենքը Շեպելյովի կողմից է: Հիմա երկու տարեկան Պլատոնը ապրում է հոր հետ, որը երգչուհու ազգականների խոսքով, թույլ չի տալիս, որ Ժաննայի ծնողները տեսնեն իրենց թոռնիկին:

«Ընտանեկան օրենսգրքի համաձայն, երեխայի ծնողները ՝ հայրը կամ մայրն են որոշում երեխայի ճակատագիրը, այդ թվում թե որտեղ պետք է նա ապրի, որտեղ սովորի ու որտեղ բուժվի: Բոլոր մնացած անձինք ՝ հորեղբայրը, մորաքույրը, պապիկներն ու տատիկները միայն ծնողներից հետո նման իրավունք ունեն: Եթե երեխան ունի օրինական ծնողներ, որոնք զրկված չեն ծնողական իրավունքից, երեխայի ճակատագիրը միայն նրանք կարող են վճռել: Ծնողը կարող է հաշվի առնել տատիկի ու պապիկի կարծիքը, բայց կարող է եւ հաշվի չառնել, եթե որոշի, որ այն ինչ -որ կերպ կարող է վնասել երեխային, կամ հակասել նրա շահերին»,-մեջբերում է Գեորգի Տյուրինի խոսքերը «Կոմսոմոլսկայա պրավդա» թերթը:

Չնայած նա նշել է, որ միայն խնամակալության մարմինները կարող են վճռել, արդյոք Պլատոնի ազգականները իրավունք ունեն տեսնել նրան, թե ոչ: Ընդ որում յուրաքանչյուր առանձին դեպքի համար անհատական է որոշվում հանդիպումների քանակն ու տեւողությունը:
