Ազգային ժողովում մեկնարկել է խորհրդարանական քառօրյայի երկրորդ նիստը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նիստի մեկնարկին նախ քվեարկության են դրվում նախորդ օրը քննարկված հարցերը:

Սեպտեմբերի 5-ի նիստում խորհրդարանը քննարկել է «ՀՀ քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» եւ «Դատական ակտերի հարկադիր կատարման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» օրենսդրական փաթեթը, որը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահի տեղակալ Ներսես Երիցյանը:

Երեւանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ Կամո Արեյանը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ-ի եւ Վերակառուցման ու զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի միջեւ 2015 թ. մայիսի 11-ին ստորագրված «Երեւանի քաղաքային լուսավորության ծրագիր» վարկային համաձայնագիրը: Ըստ հիմնական զեկուցողի` համաձայնագրով նախատեսվում է, որ Վերակառուցման եւ զարգացման եվրոպական բանկը Հայաստանին կտրամադրի 4 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով վարկ:

«Բնակչության բժշկական օգնության եւ սպասարկման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ եւ փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին», «Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» եւ «Պետական տուրքի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացում կատարելու մասին» ԱԺ պատգամավորներ Արա Բաբլոյանի եւ Մկրտիչ Մինասյանի հեղինակած օրինագծերի փաթեթը քննարկվել է երկրորդ ընթերցման ընթացակարգով: 

ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի տեղակալ Ներսես Երիցյանը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ ԿԲ-ի 2014 թվականի դրամավարկային քաղաքականության ծրագրի կատարման հաշվետվությունը: Ըստ զեկուցողի՝ 2014 թվականին հիմնականում պահպանվել է ցածր գնաճային միջավայր, ինչը հնարավորություն է տվել ԿԲ-ին այդ ժամանակահատվածում իրականացնելու ընդլայնողական դրամավարկային քաղաքականություն: 2014 թ.-ի առաջին տասն ամիսների ընթացքում ԿԲ-ն շարունակել է դեռեւս 2013 թ.ի նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբերից սկսած վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքի իջեցման քաղաքականությունը: 2014 թվականի փետրվարից տեղի է ունե ցել նաեւ դրամավարկային պայմանների թուլացում՝ դրամով պարտադիր պահուստավորման նորմայի 4-2 տոկոսի իջեցման արդյունքում:

Խորհրդարանը հոկտեմբերի 6-ի նիստում կշարունակի քննարկել ՀՀ ԿԲ 2014թ. դրամավարկային քաղաքականության հաշվետվությունը: Ժամը 17:00-ից պատգամավորները հանդես կգան հայտարարություններով:
