«Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության կենտրոնական տարածքային կառույցը որոշում է կայացրել Էլինար Վարդանյանին հեռացնել կուսակցությունից: Որոշումն ուղարկվել է կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհրդին, որն էլ կքննարկի և վերջնական որոշում կկայացնի: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնեց ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԲՀԿ խոսնակ Վահան Բաբայանը: «Յուրաքանչյուր կուսակցությունում կարող են նաև նման բաներ լինել։ ԲՀԿ-ում որոշ հայտնի անձանց հետ կան տարակարծություններ, բայց այդ տարաձայնությունները հետևանք են ոչ թե սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագծի քվեարկությանը չմասնակցելու, այլ նրա, որ նշված անձինք արդեն երկար ժամանակ է՝ չեն մասնակցում խմբակցության նիստերին, մարզային այցելություններին, չեն պատասխանում խմբակցության քարտուղարի զանգերին։ Նրանք, փաստորեն, տոտալ բոյկոտում են։ Մենք չէինք ուզում բարձրաձայնել այս մասին, սակայն եկավ մի սահման, երբ ջրբաժանը սկսեց ավելի պարզ երևալ»,- Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Բաբայանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝  ոչ մի կուսակցություն չի հանդուրժի, որ իր խմբակցությունը ներկայացնող հանձնաժողովի նախագահները հաշվի չնստեն ո՛չ խմբակցության, ո՛չ կուսակցության ղեկավար մարմինների հետ։ «Ինչ վերաբերում է Էլինար Վարդանյանին և Ստեփան Մարգարյանին հանձնաժողովների ղեկավարների պաշտոններից հեռացնելու հավանականությանը, ապա այս պահին նման քննարկումներ չկան, նման պատժամիջոցներ չեն կիրառվի։ Ես, իհարկե, չեմ ցանկանա հստակեցնել, սակայն կուսակցությունում նման առաջարկներ եղել են։ Այս պահին, կրկնում եմ, նման որոշում չկա, բայց ես ոչինչ չեմ ուզում բացառել»,- նշեց պատգամավորը։

Բաբայանը նշում է՝  եթե տվյալ անձինք չեն ցանկանում աշխատել ԲՀԿ խմբակցության կազմում, ապա շատ ավելի բարոյական կլիներ, եթե ինքնակամ հեռանային։ «Թող մարդիկ չմոռանան, որ եթե չլինեն կուսակցությունները, որևէ անհատ չի կարող հայտնվել Ազգային ժողովի այս կամ այն հանձնաժողովում։ Կուսակցությունը կամավորների միություն չէ, որ ով ինչ ուզի, անի։ Կուսակցությունն ունի կանոնադրություն, անդամներն ունեն իրավունքներ և պարտականություններ, սակայն կա նաև կուսակցության թիմ, և ոչ ոք չպետք է դեմ գնա թիմի որոշումներին։ Այս պահին խմբակցությունում որևէ փոփ ոխություն չկա։ Բայց Էլինար Վարդանյանն ընդամենը մի անձ է, ում լինել կամ չլինելով՝ չեմ կարծում, որ կուսակցությունը կարող է պառակտվել»,- հավաստիացրեց ԲՀԿ խոսնակը։
