Հայաստանում Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի նախարարական համաժողովին կմասնակցի 80 երկրի 500 պատվիրակ

Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության արտգործնախարարների համաժողովի 31-րդ նստաշրջանին մասնակցելու են աշխարհի 80 երկրների շուրջ 500 պատվիրակներ: Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության արտգործնախարարների համաժողովի հերթական նստաշրջանը կանցկացվի Երևանում՝ հոկտեմբերի 9-11-ը:

 Ֆրանկոֆոիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության խորհրդարանականվեհաժողովի հայսատանյան պատվիրակության ղեկավար ՄարգարիտԵսայանը լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նշեց, որ Երևանում նման կարևոր միջոցառման անցկացումը խոսում է Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքականության արդյունավետության մասին: Նրա խոսքով՝ անկախ Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ նման ներկայացուցչական, մեծ վեհաժողով երբեք տեղի չի ունեցել: «Ես պետք է հատուկ նշեմ մեր արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մեծ դերն այս կարևոր իր ադարձությունը Երևանում անցկացնելու գործում: Իրականում այնքան էլ հեշտ չէ 80 երկրների համոզել նման կարևոր միջոցառումը անցկացնել հենց Երևանում, և այստեղ բարձր եմ գնահատում այն ջանքերը, որ գործադրել են մեր արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը և նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը: Կարևորում ենք հատկապես այն հանգամանքը, որ այս վեհաժողովը Երևանում անցկացվելու է հենց 2015թ.՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին»,-  Արմենպրեսի հաղորդմամբ՝ ընդգծեց Եսայանը:

Պատգամավորն ընդգծեց, որ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության ակտիվությունը քաղաքական հարթությունում հատկապես վերջին տարիներին շատ է մեծացել: «Ես արդեն ասել եմ այն մասին, որ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության կազմում են նաև «Իսլամական համագործակցության կազմակերպությունը»  և «Չմիավորված երկրների շարժումը»: Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությունը երկու անգամ ընդունել է հայտարարություն Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման վերաբերյալ, և երկու հայտարարություններն էլ եղել են բացառապես հայան պաստ, եղել են բացառապես Մինսկի խմբի աշխատանքային տրամաբանության շրջանակում: Իսկ սա ժամանակին մեծ հաղթանակ էր, որը մենք պետք է գնահատենք»,- ընդգծեց Եսայանը:

Պատգամավորը նշեց, որ Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպությունը շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի Հայաստանի համար, իսկ ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի պաշտոնավարումից հետո այս կառույցի հետ Հայաստանի հարաբերությունները գնալով ավելի են խորացել: «Մեր պետությունն իր արտաքին քաղաքականության նոր ուղեգծում կարևորեց միջազգային այս հարթակի հետ սերտ համագործակցությունը: Եվ ինչպես տեսնում ենք՝ դա ճիշտ էր, արդարացված էր և հիմնավորված, որովհետև, ինչպես արդեն նշեցի, այս կազմակերպության կողմից Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման վերաբերյալ երկու հայտարարություն է ընդունվել: Սա մի հարթակ է, որը շատ կարևոր է Հայաստանի համար»,- նշեց նա:
