 ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը հոկտեմբերի 9-ին հանդիպել է Ֆրանսիայի Եվրոպական հարցերով պետնախարար Հարլեմ Դեզիրին, ով Հայաստան է ժամանել Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության անդամ երկրների արտգործնախարարների 31-րդ համաժողովին մասնակցելու նպատակով: Ինչպես ԱՐՄԵՆՊՐԵՍ-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, ողջունելով հյուրին՝ նախարար Նալբանդյանը նշել է, որ այցելությունը լավ առիթ է երկկողմ հանդիպում անցկացնելու համար և քննարկելու հայ-ֆրանսիական առանձաշնորհյալ հարաբերություններին ու դրանց հետագա խորացմանն ու ընդլայնմանն առնչվող մի շարք հարցեր:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ նախարար Դեզիրը որպես բացառիկ է բնութագրել հայ-ֆրանսիական հարաբերությունները և նշել, որ իր համար մեծ պատիվ է Երևանում տեղի ունեցող Ֆրանկոֆոն կարևորագույն միջոցառմանը ներկայացնել Ֆրանսիան:

Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն ու Հարլեմ Դեզիրը քննարկել են երկկողմ համագործակցության ընդլայնմանը վերաբերող հարցեր, բարձր գնահատել երկու երկրների միջև պարբերական բարձրաստիճան փոխայցելությունները, ապակենտրոնացված փոխգործակցությունը:

Հանդիպման օրակարգում է եղել Հայաստան-Եվրոպական միություն համագործակցությունը և դրա նոր իրավական հենքի ստեղծման աշխատանքները։ Այս առումով Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության ղեկավարը հույս է հայտնել, որ մոտ ժամանակներս Եվրոպական միության խորհուրդը կհաստատի ԵՄ բանակցային թիմի մանդատը և հնարավորություն կստեղծվի սկսել բանակցությունները:

Զրուցակիցները մտքեր են փոխանակել ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման գործընթացի շուրջ։ Նախարար Նալբանդյանը հյուրին է ներկայացրել Ադրբեջանի սադրանքների հետևանքով Հայաստանի հետ սահմանին և Արցախի հետ շփման գծում լարվածության աճի հետևանքները։ Նախարար Դեզիրն, ընդգծելով, որ Ֆրանսիան շարունակելու է իր ակտիվ ներգրավվածությունը Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության ձևաչափում՝ ուղղված ղարաբաղյան խնդրի բացառապես խաղաղ կարգավորմանը, կարևորել է հրադադարի ռեժիմի խստիվ պահպանումը:

Նախարարներ Նալբանդյանն ու Դեզիրը անդրադարձել են միջազգային կառույցների շրջանակներում երկկողմ փոխգործակցությանը:

Բանակցությունների օրակարգում են եղել Մերձավոր Արևելքում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները և այդ տարածաշրջանում առկա խնդիրների լուծման ուղիները, ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների դեմ պայքարը։

Հանդիպումից հետո նախարարները ճեպազրույց են ունեցել լրագրողների հետ:
