Իրանի խորհրդարանը հավանություն է տվել օրինագծին, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս երկրի կառավարությանն իրավունք է տալիս սկսել միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ համաձայնագրի իրականացումը (Գործողությունների համապարփակ համատեղ պլան)։ Այն ստորագրվել է միջազգային միջնորդների «վեցնյակի» հետ։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է IRNA գործակալությունը, փաստաթղթին կողմ է քվեարկել 139, դեմ 100, ձեռնպահ՝ 12 պատգամավոր։

Փաստաթղթում նշվում է, որ «Իսլամական Հանրապետության նկատմամբ որեւէ ճնշում կամ սպառնալիք կհանգեցնեն Իրանի կողմից երկկողմ համագործակցության վերանայման»։ Օրենքը նաեւ պարտավորեցնում է կառավարությանը դադարեցնել Գործողությունների համապարփակ համատեղ պլանի կատարումը եւ պատասխան միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկել՝ ուղղված Իրանի ժողովրդի իրավունքների վերականգնմանը, մասնավորապես, արեւմտյան պատժամիջոցների վերացման հարցում», հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ հուլիսի 14-ին Վիեննայում հաջողությամբ էին ավարտվել իր երկարատեւությամբ ու լարվածությամբ աննախադեպ դիվանագիտական մարաթոնը։ Թեհրանն ու միջազգային միջնորդների «վեցնյակը» (ԱՄՆ, Ռուսաստան, Չինաստան, Մեծ Բրիտանիա, Ֆրանսիա եւ Գերմանիա) ավարտել են աշխատանքը Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ համապարփակ համաձայնագրի վրա, որի շուրջ բանակցությունները տեւել են մոտ 13 տարի։
