ԱՊՀ-ի ԱԳ նախարարները Աստանայում կքննարկեն Համագործակցության գործունեության հանգուցային ուղղությունները

ԱՊՀ-ի գործունեության հիմնական ուղղություններին վերաբերող երկու տասնյակից ավելի հարցեր են քննարկելու ԱՊՀ-ի երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունների խորհրդի՝ հոկտեմբերի 15-ին Աստանայում կայանալիք հերթական նիստի մասնակիցները: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է Արմենպրեսը, ասված Է ՌԴ-ի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչության՝ հոկտեմբերի 14-ին տարածված մեկնաբանության մեջ:

«Միջոցառման օրակարգում ընդգրկված Է 22 հարց, որոնք վերաբերում են Համագործակցության գործունեության հանգուցային ուղղություններին,-նշվում Է փաստաթղթում:-Արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարները կքննարկեն ԱՊՀ-ի շրջանակներում բազմապլանային համագործակցության հետագա զարգացման եւ արտաքին քաղաքական կոորդինացման խորացման խնդիրները, կարծիքներ կփոխանակեն տարածաշրջանային ու միջազգային հրատապ խնդիրների շուրջ»:

«Առաջնային թեմաների թվում են՝ Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության ստեղծման 70-ամյակի առթիվ եւ միջազգային ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի վերաբերյալ ԱՊՀ-ի մասնակից պետությունների ղեկավարների հայտարարությունների նախագծերի հաստատումը, ինչպես նաեւ ԱՊՀ-ի պետությունների ղեկավարների ուղերձը 2016 թվականին Չեռնոբիլի ատոմակայանի վթարի 70-րդ տարելիցի կապակցությամբ,-նշել են ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ում:-2016 թվականին ԱՊՀ-ի 25-ամյակին նախապատրաստվելու համատեքստում պլանավորվում Է հավանություն տալ այդ նշանակալի իրադարձությանը նվիրված միջոցառումների ծրագրին, որը մի շարք համատեղ նախագծերի իրագործում Է նախատեսում տնտեսական, գիտական եւ մշակութային-հումանիտար բնագավառներում»:

Բացի այդ, նախարարները կքննարկեն հումանիտար եւ իրավապահ ոլորտներում համագործակցության խորացմանն ուղղված որոշումների նախագծեր: Արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունների ղեկավարների հավանությանը կներցկայացվեն մինչեւ 2020 թվականը ԱՊՀ-ի մասնակից պետությունների ռազմական համագործակցության հայեցակարգի եւ հակաօդային պաշտպանության խնդիրների հետազոտման բնագավառում ԱՊՀ-ի մասնակից պետությունների բազային կազմակերպության մասին ԱՊՀ-ի կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի 2012 թվականի մայիսի 30-ի որոշման մեջ փոփոխություններ կատարելու վերաբերյալ առաջարկության նախագծերը:

Նիստի ընթացքում կարեւոր տեղ կգրավեն նաեւ բնական ու տեխնածին բնույթի արտակարգ իրավիճակների կանխման եւ դրանց հետեւանքների վերացման բնագավառում եւ բնապահպանական մոնիթորինգի ոլորտում Համագործակցության խորացման հարցերը:

Ինչպես նշում Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, նիստի արդյունքում հավանության արժանացած փաստաթղթերը կներկայացվեն ԱՊՀ-ի պետությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի եւ կառավարությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի հաստատմանը:
