Ռուսաստանում հայ համայնքի ղեկավար Արա Աբրահամյանը երեկ հայտարարել է իր կողմից քաղաքական կուսակցություն ստեղծելու եւ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին մասնակցելու մասին: Դրա վերաբերյալ Orer.am-ը զրուցեց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության պատգամավոր Կարինե Աճեմյանի հետ: «Որեւէ մեկը չի կարող որեւէ քաղաքացու զրկել կուսակցություն ստեղծելու, քաղաքականություն մտնելու, ընտրություններին մասնակցելու իրավունքից: Պարզապես պարտադիր կերպով պետք է պահպանել օրենքի նորմերը, քանի որ կա Սահմանադրություն, դրա հետ կապված հստակ կանոններ, որոնց անպայման պետք է հետեւել»,- ասաց նա:

Հարցին՝ գործարար Արա Աբրահամյանի քաղաքականություն մտնելու վերաբերյալ ՀՀԿ-ում եղե՞լ է քննարկում, Կարինե Աճեմյանը նշեց. «ՀՀԿ-ում նման քննարկումներ չեն եղել, կարծում եմ, որ դրանց իմաստն էլ չկա, որովհետեւ հենց ինքը՝ պարոն Աբրահամյանը, իր հարցազրույցում նշել էր, որ ամեն ինչ կարվի օրենքի շրջանակում»:

ՀՀԿ պատգամավորը կարծում է, որ ամեն գործարար շատ ավելի ճիշտ կանի, որ իր գործով զբաղվի, որովհետեւ «գործարարությունն ու քաղաքականությունը նույնիսկ սահմանադրորեն իրար հետ համատեղելի չեն»:

Անդրադառնալով Արա Աբրահամյանի կողմից հայրենիքի համար իրականացվող ծրագրերի մասին՝ տիկին Աճեմյանը նկատեց. «Նա մի քանի անգամ շեշտել է, որ ցանկություն ունի հայրենիքի համար մեծ ծրագրեր իրականացնել, կարծում եմ, որ այդ ծրագրերն իրականացնելու համար ոչ ոք նրան չի խանգարում, հակառակը, գործարարը ավելի ազատ է ՀՀ-ում որոշակի ծրագրեր իրականացնելու համար»:

Հետաքրքրական է, բայց փաստ, որ Ռուսաստանի հայ համայնքի ղեկավարը ցանկանում է գալիք խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին առաջադրել իր թեկնածությունը` անգամ տեղյակ չլինելով ՀՀ Սահմանադրության հոդված 64-ի մասին, ըստ որի` պատգամավոր կարող է ընտրվել քսանհինգ տարին լրացած, վերջին հինգ տարում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի հանդիսացող, վերջին հինգ տարում Հանրապետությունում մշտապես բնակվող և ընտրական իրավունք ունեցող յուրաքանչյուր ոք:

Արա Աբրահամյանին ցավով պետք է հիշեցնենք, որ ինքը հերիք չէ, ըստ իր խոսքի, ռուս է, դեռ մի բան էլ ավել` մշտապես բնակվում է ոչ թե ՀՀ-ում, այլ ՌԴ-ում:
