Առաջիկայում ԱԺ-ն կքննարկի աղմկահարույց մի նախագիծ, որը վերաբերում է կոշկակարներին, դերձակներին, կրկնուսույցներին և ժամագործներին հարկային դաշտ բերելուն: Մեր տեղեկություններով, այս նախաձեռնությունն անձամբ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի մտքի «արգասիքն» է: Վարչապետն այս քայլով նպատակ ունի միջազգային կառույցներին ապացուցելու, որ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը ստվերի դեմ պայքարում շատ «անողոք» է, ոչ մեկին չի խնայում: Փաստորեն, ըստ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի, այս շերտն է այն «արտոնյալ» հատվածը, որը ստվերային գործունեությամբ է զբաղվում և բյուջեից միլիոններ է թաքցնում: Լո՞ւրջ: Իսկ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի մտքով չի անցել, որ երկրում կան «մեծ շնաձկներ», որոնց մոտ իսկապես ստվերային շրջանառություն է կատարվում: Պատկերացրեք, որ միջազգային կառույցներն այս հարցում էլ ձեր ջանքերը կգնահատեն: Առավել ուշագրավ է, որ չնայած այս նախագծի հեղինակը կառավարության ղեկավարն է, որին ակտիվ աջակցել է ֆինանսների փոխնախարար Պավել Սաֆարյանը, սակայն մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ, ի վերջո, սա կորակվի Սաֆարյանի «մենաշնորհը»: Ընդհանրապես վարչապետի աշխատաոճին բնորոշ է անձամբ նախագիծը շրջանառության մեջ դնելը, իսկ եթե բացասական ալիքը մեծ է լինում, դա վերագրվում է մեկ այլ պաշտոնյայի: Բողոքի պիկին «կինոյի տղայի» նման հայտնվում է վարչապետը և իբր դրական ընթացք տալիս այդ խնդրին: Իսկ երբ հանրությունը չի նկատում նրա այս կարգի օրինագծերը, Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն արագորեն դրանց «կյանք» է տալիս:
