Արտաշատի տարածաշրջանում աճել է գործազուրկների եւ աշխատանք փնտրողների թիվը

Արտաշատի տարածաշրջանի զբաղվածության կենտրոնում գրանցված գործազուրկների թիվն այս տարվա հոկտեմբերի 1-ի դրությամբ 1575 մարդ է, ինչը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ ավելի է 515 մարդով:«Արմենպրես»-ի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում«Զբաղվածություն պետական < /b>ծառայություն»գործակալության Արտաշատի զբաղվածությանտարածքային կենտրոնի տնօրեն Վաչիկ Ավետիսյաննասաց, որ կենտրոնում ավելացել է նաեւ աշխատանք փնտրող քաղաքացիների թիվը` կազմելով 1764: Նրանց թիվը նախորդ տարվա համեմատ ավելացել է 332 մարդով:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ` մարզում գործազրկության մակարդակն աճել է 1,58 տոկոսով, ինչը Ավետիսյանի պարզաբանմամբ, պայմանավարված է նրանով, որ նախորդ տարի օրենքի փոփոխությունից հետո սեփականաշնորհված, վարձակալած հող կամ հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հոսք է նկատվում զբաղվածության կենտրոնում հաշվառվելու եւ գործազուրկի կարգավիճակ ստանալու համար: «Բացի դրանից` ավելացել է նաեւ գյուղացիական տնտեսություններից մարդկանց հաշվառումը, ովքեր կարող են ընդգրկվել «Սեզոնային զբաղվածության խթանման միջոցով գյուղացիական տնտեսությանն աջակցության տրամադ րման» ծրագրում»,-ասաց նա:

Մարզկենտրոնում գործազուրկները եւ աշխատանք փնտրողներն ավելի շատ ընդհանուր միջակարգ /778/, միջին մասնագիտական կամ թերի բարձրագույն կրթություն /229/ ունեցողներն են: Նկատելի է, որ նախորդ տարի հոկտեմբրի մեկի դրությամբ կենտրոնում գրանցված 30-34 տարեկան անձանց թիվը 123 էր, այս տարի նույն ժամանակաշրջանում` 285: Կտրուկ ավելացել է նաեւ 35-44 տարեկան աշխատանք փնտրող քաղաքացիների թիվը` հասնելով 327-ի:

Կենտրոնի տնօրենի խոսքով, ըստ կրթության եւ տարիքի համեմատական բոլոր սանդղակներում, ներկա ժամանակաշրջանում նկատելի է զգալի աճ, որը կրկին պայմանավորված է «Սեզոնային զբաղվածության խթանման միջոցով գյուղացիական տնտեսությանն աջակցության տրամադրման» ծրագրի մեջ ընդգրկվելու համար աշխատանք փնտրողներին Արտաշատի զբաղվածության կենտրոնում հաշվառելու պատճառով: Ծրագիրն իրականացվում է առաջնահերթության սկզբունքով գյուղացիական տնտեսության հողի սեփականատեր կամ վարձակալ հանդիսացող աշխատաշուկայում անմրցունակ անձի` հողօգտագործողի համար, ոքեր որպես աշխատանք փնտրող հաշվառվել են զբաղվածության կենտրոնում: Այս քաղաքացիները ծրագրի շրջանակներում օրավարձով աշխատել են` մշակելով իրենց սեփական հողատարածքը:

Արտաշատի տարածաշրջանի զբաղվածության կենտրոնից, հոկտեմբերի 1-ի դրությամբ, տարբեր պատճառներով հաշվառումից դուրս է եկել 67 աշխատանք փնտրող քաղաքացի: Նրանցից 49-ը հաշվառումից դուրս է եկել աշխատանքի տեղավորման, 14` թոշակի անցնելու, մնացյալը` բնակավայրը փոխելու, սեփական դիմումի համաձայն, վեց ամսվա ընթացքում կենտրոն չներկայանալու եւ այլ պատճառներով:
