Ռուս զինծառայողները տպավորիչ արդյունքների են հասել Սիրիայում: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է Արմենպրես-ը, ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հայտարարել Է ԱՊՀ-ի պետությունների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստում:

«Մեր զինծառայողները, ըստ սիրիացիների հետ վաղօրոք համաձայնեցված թիրախների, գործելով օդից եւ ծովից՝ հասել են տպավորիչ արդյունքների: Ոչնչացված են կառավարման տասնյակ կետեր ու զինապահեստներ, հարյուրավոր ահաբեկիչներ եւ մեծ քանակությամբ մարտական տեխնիկաե,-ասել Է Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարը:

Նա նաեւ նշել Է, որ Ռուսաստանի ռազմատիեզերական ուժերի գործողությունն ուղղված Է բացառապես ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների դեմ: «Կա նաեւ ժամանակային սահմանափակում. այն իրականացվելու Է ահաբեկիչների դեմ սիրիական զորքերի հարձակողական գործողությունների ընթացքումե,-ընդգծել Է նախագահը:

Ըստ ՏԱՍՍ-ի՝ գագաթնաժողովում Պուտինը հերթական անգամ նշել Է, որ ՌԴ-ն այդ հարցում առավելագույն լայն կոալիցիայի ձեւավորման կողմնակից Է: «Այդ առումով, այդ տարածաշրջանում ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարում գործողությունների ու ջանքերի համակարգման առումով որոշակի առաջընթաց կաե,-ասել Է Պուտինը: Նրա խոսքով՝ «հաջողվել Է գործնական շփումներ հաստատել մերձավորարեւելյան պետությունների հետե: «Մենք բանակցային գործընթացում ենք Սաուդյան Արաբիայի, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությունների, Եգիպտոսի, Հորդանանի, Իսրայելի եւ այլ երկրների հետ, փորձեր ենք ձեռնարկում փոխգործակցություն հաստատել ԱՄՆ-ի ու Թուրքիայի հետե,-ասել Է ՌԴ նախագահը:

Ընդսմին նա նշել Է, որ, ըստ տարբեր գնահատումների, «Իսլամական պետությունե խմբավորման կողմում կռվում են ԱՊՀ-ի երկրների 5-ից մինչեւ 7 հազար քաղաքացիներ:
