Վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հոկտեմբերի 16-ին ընդունել է Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի (ԵՆԲ) փոխնախագահ Լասլո Բարանյայի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնո ւթյան հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

Կառավարության ղեկավարը, ողջունելով հյուրերին, ընդգծել է, որ Եվրոպական միությունը եղել և շարունակում է մնալ Հայաստանի կարևոր գործընկերներից և այս համատեքստում գոհունակությամբ նշել է, որ հոկտեմբերի 12-ին ԵՄ խորհուրդը Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովին և ԵՄ Բարձր ներկայացուցչին մանդատ տվեց՝ Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների նոր իրավական հիմքի ձևավորման շուրջ բանակցություններ սկսելու համար, որն էլ հնարավորություն կտա նոր մակարդակի բարձրացնել ՀՀ-ԵՄ հարաբերությունները:

Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը բարձր և արդյունավետ է գնահատել Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկի հետ համագործակցությունը, ինչի մասին է վկայում համատեղ մի շարք ծրագրերի հաջող ընթացքը, մասնավորապես, էներգետիկ, տրանսպորտային, ճանապարհային, ջրային ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման և այլ ուղղություններով: Կառավարության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ այդ ծրագրերն առաջնահերթ նշանակություն ունեն մեր երկրի տնտեսության զարգացման համար:

ԵՆԲ փոխնախագահը նշել է, որ իր համար պատիվ է այցելել Հայաստան և ծանոթանալ բանկի աջակցությամբ մեր երկրում նախկինում իրականացված ծրագրերի արդյունքներին, ինչպես նաև ներկայիս ծրագրերի ընթացքին և ապագա նախագծերի հնարավորություններին:

Լասլո Բարանյայը նշել է, որ բանկի ֆինանսավորմամբ Հայաստանում տարբեր բնագավառներում իրականացվող ծրագրերի կատարողականի արդյունքները տպավորիչ են, և ԵՆԲ-ն պատրաստ է շարունակել տեխնիկական և ֆինանսական աջակցությունը մեր երկրին: Լասլո Բարանյայը բարձր է գնահատել ՀՀ կառավարության հետ համագործակցությունը և Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի անձնական ներդրումը երկկողմ գործակցության զարգացման հարցում:

Ողջունելով վարչապետի՝ ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման ոլորտում ծրագրերը շարունակելու առաջարկությունը՝  ԵՆԲ փոխնախագահն ընդգծել է, որ ֆինանսավորման ավելացման անհրաժեշտություն կա, և Եվրոպական ներդրումային բանկը պատրաստ է ավելացնել Հայաստանին տրամադրվող աջակցության չափը: Նա հեռանկարային է համարել ճանապարհային, ջրային ենթակառուցվածքների բարելավման, ջրային ռեսուրսների կառավարման, կրթության ոլորտներում համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացումը:

Վարչապետը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ԵՆԲ փոխնախագահին օժանդակությունը շարունակելու պատրաստակամության համար և ՀՀ կառավարության անունից հավաստիացրել, որ ձեռք բերված բոլոր պայմանավորվածությունները կյանքի կկոչվեն:

Հանդիպման ավարտին զրուցակիցները վերահաստատել են  երկկողմ պատրաստակամությունը՝ շարունակելու և խորացնելու արդյունավետ համագործակցությունը:

ՀՀ վարչապետի և ԵՆԲ փոխնախագահի հանդիպմանը հաջորդել է համագործակցության վերաբերյալ փաստաթղթերի ստորագրման արարողությունը:
