Հայաստանում 27 տարվա ընթացքում ՀՀ քաղաքացիների շրջանում ՄԻԱՎ վարակի 2171 դեպք է գրանցվել

Ռուսաստանի կողմից Հայաստանին նվիրարաբերված շարժական բուժախտորոշիչ կլինիկայի մեկ տարվա աշխատանքի արդյունքում ՄԻԱՎ-ի, վիրուսային հեպատիտներ Բ-ի, Ց-ի և սիֆիլիսի վերաբերյալ հետազոտություն է անցել 3 հազար 540 միգրանտ։ Հետաքրքրական է, որ մինչ ծրագրի ծրագրի սկսելը Հայաստանում ՄԻԱՎ-ի վերաբերյալ տարեկան հետազոտվում էր միջինը 100 միգրանտ։ Այս մասին հոկտեմբերի 16-ին`ՌԴ-ի կողմից Հայաստանին նվիրաբերված շարժ ական բուժախտորոշիչ կլինիկայի մեկ տարվա աշխատանքների ամփոփման ժամանակ հայտնել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Արմեն Մուրադյանը:

Նախարարն ընդգծել է, որ վերջին երեք տարիներին Ռուսաստանի կողմից աջակցությունն առավելապես իրականացվում է Հայաստանում ՄԻԱՎ-ի նկատմամբ բնակչության ամենախոցելի խմբում` աշխատանքային միգրանտների, նրանց զուգընկերների և ընտանիքի անդամների շրջանում։ Իսկ շարժական բուժախտորոշիչ կլինիկան հնարավորություն տվեց կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումները հասանելի դարձնել ամենից խոցելի այդ խմբի համար։ Կարևորել է, որ մեկ տարում շուրջ 33 հազար 200 աշխատանքային միգրանտներին, նրանց զուգընկերներին և համայնքային բնակիչներին շարժական կլինիկայում ՄԻԱՎ-ի վերաբերյալ կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումները տրամադրվել են ընդհանուր բժշկական ծառայությունների փաթեթի շրջանակում։ 

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում մարդու իմունային անբավարարության վիրուսով վարակվածության դեպքերի արձանագրումը սկսվել է 1988 թվականից: 1988թ. մինչև 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 30-ը Հայաստանում ՀՀ քաղաքացիների շրջանում գրանցվել է ՄԻԱՎ վարակի 2 հազար 171 դեպք: 

ՄԻԱՎ վարակով հիվանդների ընդհանուր կազմում գերակշռում են արական սեռի ներկայացուցիչները՝ 1498 մարդ (69 տոկոս)։ Իգական սեռի ներկայացուցիչների մոտ արձանագրվել է վարակի 673 դեպք (31 տոկոս): ՄԻԱՎ վարակի 41 դեպք (1,9 տոկոս) է արձանագրվել երեխաների մոտ: ՄԻԱՎ-ով վարակվածների 53 տոկոսը ախտորոշման պահին եղել է 25-39 տարիքային խմբում:

Հայաստանում ՄԻԱՎ վարակի փոխանցման հիմնական ուղիներն են հետերոսեքսուալ ճանապարհը (64,4 տոկոս) և թմրամիջոցների ներարկային օգտագործման միջոցով վարակումը (26,2  տոկոս): Սրանցից բացի, արձանագրվել են հոմոսեքսուալ ճանապարհով, մորից երեխային և արյան միջոցով ՄԻԱՎ վարակի փոխանցման դեպքեր:

ՄԻԱՎ վարակով հիվանդներից 1127-ի մոտ ախտորոշվել է ՁԻԱՀ: Համաճարակի սկզբից գրանցվել է ՄԻԱՎ վարակով հիվանդների մահվան 476 դեպք: Թմրամիջոցների ներարկային օգտագործման միջոցով գրեթե բոլոր վարակվածները եղել են տղամարդիկ, իսկ գրեթե բոլոր կանայք վարակվել են սեռական ճանապարհով (96,6 տոկոս):

ՄԻԱՎ վարակի գրանցված դեպքերի հաշվարկը 100 հազար բնակչի հաշվով ցույց է տալիս, որ ամենաբարձր ցուցանիշը Շիրակում է՝ 99,1 տոկոս, որին հաջորդում են Լոռու, Գեղարքունիքի և Սյունիքի մարզերը` համապատասխանաբար` 90,3; 68,8; 67,8 տոկոսներ:

ՄԻԱՎ/ՁԻԱՀ-ի իրավիճակի գնահատումը վկայում է, որ հանրապետությունում ՄԻԱՎ-ով ապրող մարդկանց հաշվարկային թիվը կազմում է 3 հազար 800: ՄԻԱՎ-ի տարածվածությունը 15-49 տարիքային խմբում 0,2 տոկոս է:
