Չիլիի և Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունների միջև կստորագրվի համագործակցության փաստաթուղթ

 ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության աշխատողի օրվան ընդառաջ կազմակերպված միջոցառումների շրջանակում հոկտեմբերի 17-ին Երևանում անցկացվել է սեմինար հայ գինեգործների համար` Չիլիից ժամանած փորձագետների մասնակցությամբ: Սեմինարին ներկա էին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության փոխնախարարներ Արմեն Հարությունյանը,  Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը, Գառնիկ Պետրոսյանը, ՀՀ-ում Չիլիի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Խուան Էդուարդո Էգիգուրեն, Հայ գինեգործների միության նախագահ Ավագ Հարությունյանը, այլ հյուրեր:

Ինչպես Արմենպրեսին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, սեմինարի ընթացքում գինու փորձագետ Նիկոլաս Կովալսկին և Մոսկվայում գինու և գաստրոնոմիայի միջազգային կենտրոնի նախագահ Լեոնիդ Գոլիբտերմանը ներկայացրել են Չիլիի խաղողագործության և գինեգործության զարգացման պատմությունը, առանձնահատկությունները և հաջողված փորձը, որի արդյունքում  գինեգործությունն այսօր Չիլիի տնտեսության առաջատար ճյուղերից է, որի արտադրանքը ճանաչված է աշխարհում և մեծ սպառում ունի:

Երկրում հաջողել են նաև բնակչության շրջանում գինու օգտագործման մշակույթի ձևավորման հարցում: Գինու ներքին սպառումը այստեղ կազմում է տարեկան 15 լիտր 1 շնչի հաշվով: 

Չիլին աշխարհի այն քիչ երկրներից է, որտեղ չկա ֆիլոքսերա:  Ըստ Լեոնիդ Գոլիբտերմանի` պատճառը հողի բաղադրությունն է, որում բավականին բարձր է պղնձի պարունակությունը, բացի այդ երկրում գործում է գինեգործության ոլորտը կարգավորող բավականին խիստ օրենսդրություն, յուրաքանչյուր խաղողի տնկի, որը հայտնվում է Չիլիում, շուրջ 6 տարի պարտադիր կարանտինային հսկողության է ենթարկվում:

Հայ գինեգործների միության նախագահ Ավագ Հարությունյանն իր հերթին հյուրերին ներկայացրել է հայ գինեգործության դարավոր պատմությունը, զարգացման փուլերը, ներկա իրավիճակն ու խնդիրները:

Նրա խոսքով` Չիլիի փորձը մեզ համար շատ ուսանելի և օգտակար կարող է լինել: Այս առումով նա հատկապես կարևորել է փորձագետների ներգրավվածությունը և խորհրդատվական աջակցությունը Հայաստանի խաղողագործության զարգացման ռազմավարության մշակման աշխատանքներում:

Միջոցառման ավարտին մասնակիցների համար կազմակերպվել էր նաև չիլիական և հայկական արտադրության գինիների համտես: Միջոցառումների շրջանակում Չիլիի դեսպանի հետ քննարկվել են նաև երկկողմ համագործակցությանն առնչվող հարցեր, որոնց շուրջ նախատեսվում է առաջիկայում երկու երկրների գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունների միջև ստորագրել համագործակցության մասին փաստաթուղթ:
