Առողջապահությունը նախարարությունը պարզաբանում է ներկայացրել «Քսելոդա»-ի ներկրման արգելքի առնչությամբ

Հայաստանի առողջապահության նախարարությունը «Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթի հոկտեմբերի 20-ի համարում տպագրված «Հիվանդներն առանց դեղի» հրապարակման առնչությամբ տեղեկացնում է, որ «Քսելոդա» 500 մգ  N120  թաղանթապատ դեղահատեր  դեղը ՀՀ-ում  վերագրանցվել է 2015թ օգոստոսի 8-ին` գրանցման հավաստագրի իրավատիրոջ հայտի հիման վրա` երեք տարի պիտանիության ժամկետով:

Նյութում հիշատակված ներմուծման փորձաքննության հայտը ստացվել է 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 11-ին: «Փորձաքննության արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ վերագրանցումից հետո առաջին անգամ ներմուծվող դեղի պիտանիության ժամկետը չի համապատասխանում գրանցված դեղի պիտանիության ժամկետին։ Սահմանված ընթացակարգերին և ժամկետներին համապատասխան սեպտեմբերի 19-ին տրամադրվել է  փորձագիտական եզրակացություն, որի հիման վրա տրվել է ներմուծման մերժման հրաման:

Հաշվի առնելով, որ դեղիանվտանգության և արդյունավետության գնահատումը բարդ ու պատասխանատու գործընթաց է, առողջապահության նախարարությունը չէր կարող շուտափույթ որոշումներ ընդունել` առանց բավարար հիմքերի: Քանի որ դեղի  գրանցման, որակի, անվտանգության և արդյունավետության, ներառյալ` պիտանիության ժամկետի որոշման պատասխանատուն հավաստագրի իրավատերն է, հետևաբար նրան գրություն է ուղարկվել`  պարզաբանումներստանալու նպատակով: Պատասխան գրությունից պարզվել է, որ դեղի բաղադրությունը և արտադրական գործընթացնանփոփոխեն, սակայն  մատակարարվածարտադրանքը  նախատեսված  է կլիմայական այլ գոտու երկրների համար:

Տեղին է հեշեցնել, որ հիվանդների համար սրտացավ կեցվածքով ներկրողի ղեկավարած կազմակերպության կողմից արդեն իսկ կատարվել են դեղերի անօրինական ներմուծումներ, որին անդրադարձել է ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը` «Բացահայտվելէ ՀՀ ում չգրանցված դեղերի ապօրինի ներմուծման և մեծածախ իրացման դեպք» հրապարակումով (moh.am)։

Նշենք, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում դեղերի գները դեռևս չեն կարգավորվում և չկան ինչպես գրանցման հավաստագրի իրավատերերի, այնպես էլ մեծածախ ու մանրածախ գների զսպան իրավական լծակներ: Սակայն, տարիներ շարունակ ՀՀ ներմուծվող «Քսելոդա» դեղի և ներմուծվող վերջին խմբաքանակի գներն էականորեն տարբերվում են, որը գրանցման հավաստագրի իրավատերերի հետ առողջապահության նախարարի անմիջական բանակացությունների արդյունք է»,- ասված է նախարարության պարզաբանման մեջ:
