Ցմահ դատապարտյալ Սողոմոն Քոչարյանն ազատ արձակվեց

Երևանի Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը` դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի նախագահությամբ, հոկտեմբերի 22-ին կայացած դատական նիստում բավարարեց իրանահպատակ ադրբեջանցու սպանության համար ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտված Սողոմոն Քոչարյանին հիվանդության հիմքով վաղաժամ ազատ արձակելու պահանջը:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, Սողոմոն Քոչարյանն առողջական խնդիրների պատճառով չէր մասնակցել դատական նիստին. ներկա պահին նա գտնվում է բժիշկների հսկողության տակ` Երևանի Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ բժշկական կենտրոնում, որի գլխավոր բժշկի տված ախտորոշումը համապատասխանում է ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից սահմանած հիվանդությունների այն ցանկին, որի առկայության պարագայում դատապարտյալը իրավունք ունի ազատվելու պատժի կրումից:

Ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտված Սողոմոն Քոչարյանըօգոստոսի 20-ից գտնվում է բժիշկների հսկողության տակ, նրաառողջական վիճակը գնահատվում է ծայրահեղ ծանր: Սողոմոն Քոչարյանը տառապում է սրտի իշեմիկ հիվանդությամբ՝ 4-րդ աստիճանի սրտային անբավարարությամբ (իշեմիկ կարդիոմիոպաթիա), ունի հետինֆարկտային խրոնիկ անևրիզմա, հիվանդ է նաև կանգային թոքաբորբով:  

ՀՀ կառավարության 825-Ն որոշմամբ սահմանված է պատժի կրման հետ անհամատեղելի հիվանդությունների ցանկը. 28-րդ կետում նշված են սրտի հիվանդությունները` արյան շրջանառության 3-րդ աստիճանի անբավարարությամբ, իսկ 4-րդ մասում նշված է սրտի իշեմիկ հիվանդությունը:

Միջգերատեսչական բժշկական հանձնաժողովը հոկտեմբերի 8-ի նիստում դրական եզրակացություն էր տվել Սողոմոն Քոչարյանին պատժիհետագա կրումից ազատելու վերաբերյալ:

Սողոմոն Քոչարյանը արցախյան պատերազմի մասնակից է, հետախույզ, 2-րդ կարգի հաշմանդամ. դատապարտվել էր մահապատժի 1995 թվականին իրանահպատակ ադրբեջանցու սպանության մեղադրանքով. հետագայում պատիժը փոխարինվել էր ցմահ ազատազրկմամբ: Այս տարիներին կորցրել է ընտանիքի անդամներին՝ կնոջն ու դստերը: Աղջկա ինքնասպանությունից հետո Սողոմոն Քոչարյանի առողջական վիճակը գնալով վատացել է: Նրա մայրը վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում բարձրաձայնել է որդուն հիվանդանոց տեղափոխելու, հետազոտելու, իսկ վերջին շրջանում նաև հիվանդանոցային պայմաններում պահելու անհրաժեշտո ւթյան մասին:
