Կիեւի երկու ընտրատեղամասերում քվեաթերթիկներով լի չհրկիզվող պահարանների բանալու հետ կապված խնդրի պատճառով ստիպված են եղել այն բացել էլեկտրական սղոցի օգնությամբ։ Այս մասին հաղորդում է «Ուկրաինկայա Պրավդա»-ն՝ վկայակոչելով ընտրությունների նախապատրաստման եւ անցկացման հարցերով քաղաքային համակարգող կենտրոնի համակարգող Վլադիմիր Բոնդարենկոյին։

«Առավոտյան ժամը 8-ի դրությամբ երկրի ողջ տարածքում բացվել են 1087 ընտրատեղամասեր։ Խնդիրներ են ծագել երկու տեղամասերում»,-ասել է Բոնդարենկոն։ Նրա խոսքով, Պեչերյան շրջանում տեղամասերից մեկում, որտեղ պետք է քվեարկեր երկրի նախագահը, Ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահը կոտրվել է սեյֆի բանալին։ «Արդյունքում սեյֆը բացել են էլեկտրական սղոցի օգնությամբ։ Տեղամասը բացվել է 8.30-ին եւ աշխատում է նորմալ հունով»,-նշել է նա։

Իսկ Դնեպրովյան շրջանում բանալին «լռվել է» չհրկիզվող պահարանի կողպեքում, որը եւս բացել են էլեկտրական սղոցի օգնությամբ։
