Բանկային համակարգում աճել են ավանդատուների քանակն ու ներգրավված ավանդների ծավալը

 Հայաստանի բանկերի միությունը և Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամը միանում են խնայողությունների համաշխարհային օրվա` հոկտեմբերի 31-ի գեղեցիկ ավանդույթին, որը նշվում է ողջ աշխարհում:

Խնայողությունների համաշխարհային օրը սկիզբ է առել Իտալիայի Միլան քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած Խնայբանկերի առաջին միջազգային կոնգրեսից՝ 1924 թվականին, որտեղ կոնգրեսի վերջին օրը՝ հոկտեմբերի 31-ը, հայտարարվեց համաշխարհային խնայողությունների օր: Այդ օրը կոչված էր խթանելու ֆինանսական խնայողություններ կատարելու գործընթացին ողջ աշխարհում:

Խնայողությունների համաշխարհային օրը ՄԱԿ-ի դիրեկտիվայով պաշտոնապես ամրապնդվեց 1989-ին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հայաստանի բանկերի միությունից, խնայողությունների համաշխարհային օրվա կապակցությամբ կազմակերպվել է մամուլի ասուլիս՝ Հայաստանի բանկերի միության և Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամ ղեկավարության մասնակցությամբ, որտեղ խոսվել է բանկում խնայողական/ավանդային հաշիվ ունենալու առավելությունների մասին՝ շեշտադրելով ներդրված գումարների ապահովությունը բանկում, ցածր ռիսկայնության, ինչպես նաև այլ ծառայություններից օգտվելիս առավելություն ունենալու մասին:

Ասվածի լավագույն ապացույցը Հայաստանի բանկերի միության փոխնախագահ Սեյրան Սարգսյանի և Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Հերմինե Հարությունյանի կողմից ներկայացված տվյալներն էին՝ բանկերի կողմից սպասարկվող ավանդատուների քանակի, ներգրավված ավանդների ծավալի վերաբերյալ: Շեշտադրվել է նաև, որ բանկային համակարգում նկատվում է բանկերի կողմից սպասարկվող ավանդատուների քանակի, ինչպես նաև ներգրավված ավանդների ծավալի կայուն աճ: Սա վկայում է բանկերի հանդեպ հանրության վստահության ամրապնդման և մեծացման մասին: Ավանդների հատուցումը երաշխավորող հիմնադրամի կողմից ներկայացվել են նաև ՀՀ բանկերում ավանդ ներդնելիս ֆիզիկական անձանց ավանդների երաշխավորման համակարգի առավելությունները:

Անդրադառնալով խնայողությունների համաշխարհային օրվա կարևորագույն ուղերձին՝ յուրաքանչյուր մարդ որքան լավ է տիրապետում խնայելու և սեփական ֆինանսները կառավարելու «արվեստին», այնքան ավելի խելամիտ որոշումներ է կայացնում իր ֆինանսներին և ապագային առնչվող հարցերում: Խնայած գումարն անվտանգության և ապահովության զգացում է առաջացնում, և, քանի որ ոչ ոք չգիտի, թե կյանքի հանգամանքներն ինչպես կարող են փոփոխվել, ապա անհրաժեշտ է միշտ պատրաստ լինել այդ փոփոխություններին:
