Ինչպես հայտնել էինք, ԱԺ-ում կրքերը գնալով թեժանում են: Քիչ առաջ ԱԺ նիստերի դահլիճում վիճաբանեցին պատգամավորներ Հրանտ Բագրատյանն ու Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:

Ամեն ինչ սկսեց նրանից, որ Ա.Մինասյանը բավական սուր արտահայտվեց ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորի` դեռ երեկ արված մի քանի դիտարկումներին: Արծվիկ Մինասյանը հայտարարեց, որ Հրանտ Բաղրատյանի խորհրդարանական համակարգի վերաբերյալ պատկերացումները թյուր են:

«Պարոն Բագրատյան, ձեր առաջարկություններից մի քանիսն իրացվել են, իսկ եթե առաջարկ եք արել ու իրացվել են, ուրեմն պետք է բարի լինեք գոնե այդ մասով դրականն ասել, իսկ եթե այլ քննադատություններ կան, բանավիճել: Եթե իսկապես կա մտահոգություն, եկեք այն քննարկենք, բայց արհեստածին բաների մասին պետք չէ բարձրաձայնել, որպեսզի չահաբեկենք մեր ժողովրդին, չվախեցնենք մի բանով, որը չկա»,- ասաց Արծվիկ Մինասյանը: Հրանտ Բագրատյանն էլ արձագանքեց՝ նշելով, թե իր համար նման ձեւաչափն անընդունելի է:

«Ես չեմ ընդունում քննարկման այս ձեւը: Չի կարող մի պատգամավոր մյուսի վրա խոսել: Պարոն Մինասյան, ի՞նչի եք ձեզ վրա վերցրել այդ իրավունքը: Դուք դառնում եք ինչ-որ մեկի պաշտպանը: Այո´, քեզ հետ հիմա դուրս գանք, բանավիճենք, բայց չի կարելի վեր կենալ ու մյուսի ասածի վերաբերյալ կարծիք հայտնել: Ես իմ կարծիքն եմ հայտնել, բայց ինձ կյանքում թույլ չեմ տալիս վեր կենալ ու ձեր ասածները քննադատել, մանավանդ ձեր ասածի 90 տոկոսը սխալ էր, գումարենք դրան՝ 80 տարի առաջ հանրապետությունից բան չթողեցիք, արա´»,- բավական վրդովված հակադարձեց ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը:

Արծվիկ Մինասյանն էլ հակադարձեց, թե արա-ով չխոսես, «դու չես թողել»: Հրանտ Բագրատյանը, մեղադրելով ՀՅԴ-ականներին մեյդան ընկնելու մեջ, ասաց. «Բա 1918-1920 թվերին ո՞վ էր, որ թալանեց հանրապետությունը: Չեղավ... Սենց բաներ մի´ արեք, մանավանդ, որ դուք իշխանություն չեք: Ինչի՞ եք մեյդան ընկնում»:

Հ.Բագրատյանի խոսքին ի պատասխան՝ ՀՅԴ-ականները փորձեցին տեղից միջամտել՝ ասելով, թե թալանի գործընթացը հենց Բագրատյանի կառավարման տարիներին է եղել: Այս ամենը լսելուց հետո Հ. Բագրատյանը, վերջնականապես դուրս գալով հունից, գոռգոռաց. «Մեջ խի՞ եք ընկնում, արա´, մեջ մի´ ընկեք, իյա»:
