Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցության սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեի շտաբի աշխատանքներն արդեն գործնական փուլ են մտել: Կուսակցությունը նախատեսում է ևս 120-ով ավելացնել գրասենյակները  և ակտիվ աշխատանք  տանել «այո»-ի քարոզչության համար: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը: 

«Մենք հանրապետության տարբեր վայրերում ունենք մեր գրասենյակներ ը, որոնց միջոցով էլ հիմնականում իրականացնելու ենք քարոզչությունը: Առաջիկայում նախատեսում ենք ևս 120-ով ավելացնել այդ գրասենյակների թիվը»,- նշեց Սահակյանը:

Հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ իշխանությունները չեն գնում զիջումների և վերահսկողական մեխանիզմներ չեն սահմանում նույնականացման քարտերով քվեարկելու հարցում, Գալուստ Սահակյանը պատասխանեց, որ որևէ զիջման խնդիր չկա: «Քաղաքացին ինքը գալիս է քվեարկության, չի էլ մտածում ինքը նույնականացման քարտով է մասնակցում, թե անձնագրով: Բազմաթիվ վերահսկողական մեխանիզմներ կան: Իհակե ամենակարևորը քաղաքացու ընտրական իրավունքի վերականգնումն է»,- ընդգծեց ԱԺ նախագահը:

Հարցին, թե մտավախություն ունե՞ն, որ հասարակությունը դեմ կքվեարկի սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին, ԱԺ նախագահը պատասխանեց, որ նման մտավախություն չունեն, քանի որ տարիներ շարունակ կարողացել են հաղթահարել ընտրությունները: «Կարծում եմ, որ մեր պատգամավորներն իրենց մասնակցությամբ, քարոզչության միջոցով կկարողանան բնակչությանը ներկայացնել փոփոխությունները: Իշխանությունները երբեք ընտրակեղծիքների չեն գնացել: Այսօրվանից արդեն ընդդիմությունը գիտի, որ ռեսուրսները քիչ են և արդեն խոսում է ընտրակեղծիքների մասին: Այսպիսին են եղել նորանկախ պատմության բոլոր ընտրությունները»,- հավելեց Գալուստ Սահակյանը:

ՀՀ նախագահին առընթեր սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովը 2015թ. հանրության դատին ներկայացրեց սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հայեցակարգը, որի հիման վրա բազմաթիվ քննարկումների և հանդիպումների արդյունքում մշակվեց և Ազգային ժողով ներկայացվեց սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագիծը: Ազգային ժողովը ձայների 104 կողմ, 12 դեմ  և 5 ձեռնպահ հարաբերակցությամբ սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախագիծը հանրաքվեի դնելու որոշում ընդունեց: ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրամանագրով սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեն տեղի կունենա 2015թ. դեկտեմբերի 6-ին:
